Bought a electric plug in wax melter from yankee candle. Plugged it in, bulb went straight away. Contacted Yankee candle, who said we needed to contact Aromatize, as it their product. On contacting them, they said nothing to do with them and we needed to contact yankee candle, despite aromatize having their name on the box. Not surprised the company rating is low on here. All we wanted was a new bulb, but they are not interested. No idea regarding customer service

Just opened a box containing Woodbridge signature amber & sandlewood room spray . The bottle has been leaking & corroded the top spray section & oil has leaked out . Telephoned aromtize customer service dept & they clearly didn't want to know as this was purchased as a gift & they needed proof of purchase !! I have the box & contents & you can clearly see its just been opened . But again there not interested at all & refuse to replace with something else . This is disgusting when they manufactured the product ,& it's faulty.

Several years I was a stockist of some of their range but this review is based on my experience as a domestic customer.
They’re very deserving of 5 stars. The quality is consistent and their emails are relevant, they don’t spam you. They often send discount codes and you can see their stock levels on their website. They send email updates and the packaging is good. Happy to recommend them.
