Sorry to read that. Every single order is shipped same day if ordered before 3pm or next morning.
Because of the pandemic some customers (about 5%) are unfortunately experiencing delays. There is little or nothing we can do and it's really frustrating.

The delivery note says what you need to do and it has a label attached for returns use.
I note you purchased through eBay, sometimes they block emails if it contains personal information, links or email addresses.

Sorry about this issue.
I guess BREXIT will settle down and customs will start to flow smoother. I hold my hands up about the tracking and I'm actively improving the site to allow tracking data to be recorded. Customs is a little out of my control.
