This small company does it the way you are supposed to. I ordered an item from them and chose 2 day air. They got my item to UPS quickly. UPS proceeded to deliver my package 6 days after original delivery date. I contacted this company and they responded right away. They offered a couple of options and when I asked them how to get a refund for the shipping from UPS, they did a refund from their end instantly. Great communication and they actually care about the customer! DO NOT hesitate to purchase from this amazing small family run company!

This website is unreliable; everyone should be wary and stay away from it. I signed up for affiliate marketing with this website but didn't receive any commission, even though I tried contacting them and received no response or support. Extremely disappointing!

*BEWARE* I placed an order online with this company on 11/18/2025 in the amount of 154.98 (order number 2728) and after waiting patiently for several weeks reached out to the business inquiring about my order and was told by Jonathan Clausen they were having a manufacturing delay due to switching manufacturers. They assured me the new manufacturer would be up and running within a few weeks and that I'd promptly receive my order. Several more weeks went by and I again reached out, but now they are refusing to answer any of my phone calls or return any emails. I have filed complaints both with the state AG and the FTC and I hope this information helps someone else.
