Horrible experience. They gave me an order number. Gave me no way to track the order at all. I emailed them 3 times never got a response, waited 3 days.
Probably the worst support ever. Still have no idea where my new laptop is.
Do not recommend. This is exactly the opposite of swiss standards.
Emails should be responded to within 30 minutes on working days.
I went there to change the battery of my iPhone under guarantee (Apple Care Plus), took an appointment on the official Apple site.
First thing first when I arrived on time nobody cared about my appointment, I was told that it was not with them, but with a technician.
Then I was told I had to pay 99CHF even if it was under guarantee. After my objection they contacted Apple and finally confirmed that it was indeed for free.
But then another staff member came up and said that: a) I need to pay a fee (something around 99, 59 or 29CHF - he was not sure), b) they first need to check the battery condition, and if their technician judges that it’s still good enough I could NOT use my Apple Care guarantee c) when I tried to object yet another time I was told to continue discussing directly with Apple.
I went away without any solution as I didn’t feel like dealing any longer with such unprofessional and incompetent staff. Lost 1h to get there + 20 min of useless discussion.
