Please keep customers informed.
The item I ordered was out of stock & had been placed on back order. However Artfolk did not notify me of this, it wasn’t until I emailed the company asking of TMX order status that I discovered this. A payment has been taken from my account today, but I have not been informed if Artfolk have dispatched the order & I haven’t received my order. I am aware that these are difficult times, but a little better communication would be appreciated.

I did have a problem with my order
I did have a problem with my order. I payed for express delivery only to find out afterwards that the item was out of stock. My delivery fee was refunded and I got the item four days later. I’ve never had a problem before though.
