Excellent production and turnaround time.

I have been a returning customer for years. The quality of process, work and service is superb! Several years ago (10/16/2020), Artisan HD had a blog feature of photos I exhibit and update (Chromaluxe Metal) in my medical infertility practice. My patients find the images calming and inspirational during their quest to grow their families. Many have requested purchasing prints on various mediums. I plan to reach out to Artisan HD to partner with me in providing similar prints to those interested. Thank you.

It was difficult to know what to expect from this expensive order, but now that I've received the two canvases, I can say their online ordering system and its customization options are wonderfully done to support online ordering! A few places could use more tips and examples, but the absolutely most important one—Quality—was perfectly well estimated. The quality is great! The colors are vibrant and remarkable, truly showing the stunning sunsets we captured.

I did minor enhancements in Photoshop ahead of time to ensure ArtisanHD was working from the crispest image, sharpest colors, and solid contrasts on the low light areas of the sunset landscape; I noticed someone else saying they lost details—increasing contrast and levels in a photo editing program may help. I was shocked to find so much detail in the canvases that I realized I hadn't even noticed some of it before!

We're thrilled, and we'll definitely be coming back for more! Given the quality, the prices are truly excellent and the time frame is completely reasonable. Packaging was also great. Highly recommend!

The image I sent was detailed in dark areas. It seems that your process didn't stay true to a true greyscale image along with losing all detail in the dark areas.

I am very impressed with the quality of work performed!
I had taken pics from my phone while travelling on a cruise ship. We decided to have a set of 3 pics enlarged and mounted on an acrylic 18 x 24 inch size. I was not too sure if the picture quality would be maintained if it was enlarged. We are pleasantly surprised with the end result.

Had taken a photo then I used a watercolor painting App. Had the photo printed on watercolor paper. Looks great!!

My order had some issues and I talked to one of the representatives named Stephanie and she helped me take care of the problem! She was very nice and professional! They resolve my problem without any hassle and in a quick and timely manner! I would and will definitely use this company again for any future metal prints! You can tell that they value their customers!!

Best in the business! This is only my third print from Artisan HD now, but the quality is without a doubt the best I’ve ever seen. Great service, fast shipping and packaged very well. You can tell a lot of care goes into each piece.
