Very good products at a reasonable prize - sizes were right for both items based on the guide / reccomandation from Artknit.

This was my first order from Artknit Studios and certainly not my last. From the first touchpoint on the website to delivery and packaging, everything was great. The quality of the cardigan is quite wonderful. Nothing fluffs: I can wear the cardigan directly over a white blouse. I think this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship.

I don’t usually wear hats. I still have a full head of thick luxurious hair; however I was invited on a friend’s boat and she likes to drive fast. After an hour in the wind her hair was tangled and frizzed. I should have been a gentleman and given her my hat . . . forse no.

I have tried a few things from this company and all have been extremely well made and with excellent fabrics. Shipping is very quick. I returned one of the items due to fit but have loved the other two things I have purchased. One being a cashmere polo and the other being a wool blanket. Can only recommend this company and will be purchasing more in the future, I'm sure.

For a return process, it's complicated. I have to make a photo that send it via the website. Later on, they will review it and then if it's ok they will send me a return label then I can ship it. And fyi, I am waitinf for my return label for 4 days already.

Outstanding quality of clothes, quick delibery to Germany

The design and colour of the jacket is perfect for autumn. Particularly pleasing is the cosy density of the garment which is proof the quality of the wool. I feel that the garment is a little large for a size S, 36, but have kept the jacket in this size as it means it can be worn over light jumpers as well as t-shirts and shirts, which makes it more versatile.

I love the brand philosophy, its timeless design and emphasis in quality. It gives me immense pleasure to wear such beautiful products in tremendous comfort. My future wish is to have other color options such as burgundy or dark brown.

First, the experience was amazing. Shipping from Italy felt fast, but the really impressive part was the eco-packaging. The materials info and the garment bag with laundering instructions are a v nice touch. The skirt itself is perfect. Feels like excellent quality. Soft, smooth wool with a good weight and rich pigment. The fit is just perfect. This will no doubt be my favourite winter skirt.

I have nothing to say about the quality. This good and fine.
But the problem is about the size. You S size is a bit large for me. I am 1,68m tall and weigh 63 kg but your S size is a bit too large.

Could you think to produce a smaller size, XS, for the future ?

The product is amazing. Great quality fabric and nice design and fitting. The only issue was with the delivery process, the shipping company experience was awful and the customer service was not really helpful, but again great quality product!
