Sizing was way small. They also claim that their products come from the USA. LIE! The shipping label on top is from Jamaica NY. HOWEVER, underneath that label is a label from China! Once again US citizens are getting scammed. I am so sick of it! I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company BC arwop does NOT RESPOND.

Three of the items I ordered fit perfectly and I love the comfort, style & fit. One item a 2piece skirt & tank was very small, I normally wear a size 8/10, I am 5’4” 140lbs so I ordered a medium.

Delivery was 33 days, which was more than I expected so be prepared for a long wait. In addition their 30 day warranty only applies is something is wrong with quality, if an item doesn’t fit they only offered me a $7!

Sadly I will noy order from them again due to their warranty policy. Sad because 3 of the items are wonderful. However ordering online it’s hard to tell how an item may fit until trying it on.

Rating is based on my experience similarly shared by others. Company claimed items were manufactured and distributed from South Carolina, USA. I have had previous negative experience with fit of clothing and fabric discrepancies on other retailers selling items made in China. I asked Arwop ahead of time so that I could appropriately size up, if articles were reported to be made China. Nope, not to be trusted. Despite my attempts to prevent this prior to order, Arwop shipped items clearly marked as being made in China and at least two sizes too small. I can’t wear any of the items, not a single piece fits. Fabrics are also sketch with everything being made with synthetic material. On my $172 order you want to settle for $67 and after my rejecting this offer, you offer a second incentive to refund $56? How does this make any sense? You can keep your refund and your return label Arwop, but be kind enough to provide me with the name and contact number of your resident agent, so I can take further action to enforce you to do the right thing in your business practices. I will be disputing the charges with both PayPal and my credit card company. Additionally, why am I receiving email from a company with “Sito” in the domain…Another deceptive business practice? I think so!

Great items.

The outfits were nice but too small. They ran about 2 sizes to small. I was excited to get them but can't wear them.

I asked for a return label and I have received four emails asking if ill take less money and keep the item. They are asking me to take less than half I paid. It has been a few weeks and Im still waiting for a refund or replacement or a straight answer. Not happy.

The material is nice and the colors accurate. Shipping was a little higher than I'd like.

I had hoped they would arrive in time for New Years but now I have a nice choice for the next year, or parties in between! The tops are quite nice & fit well.

The item I viewed and purchased was a festive sweater; the item I received were surprisingly identical to the picture and description . Also the quality of the material was excellent as was the fit. I will definitely purchase from this store again if they continue to offer quality products at a fair price.

Items were true to size and order delivered in a timely manner!

In spite of being "Made in South Carolina" according to Arwop, the package the sweater arrived in was clearly from China. Ordered on 11/10; recieved 12/05. Paid $15 for shipping, which should've resulted in receiving in a few days, not a month. That said, the sweater is exactly as shown, nicely made, super soft. Runs large, tho. Will need to take in the sweater and the voluminous sleeves.

House is beautiful but the sizes run very small. Not happy with size.

I'm 6' tall and didn't really expect the Arwop tops to fit me, but all 3 did! Lovely designs, nice feel, long sleeves long enough. Very pleased. It took a little longer to receive than I thought it would, but worth the wait.

The clothes are cut for younger bodies I think, nothing fit me correctly (and I think one was sewn wrong). Also, it seems confusing that they're supposed to be from South Carolina but the label looked to have Chinese characters on it? Lastly, I've asked for a return label and haven't received anything yet...very slow service.

Order received in a timely manner, well packaged, the dress is really pretty! Overall nice shopping experience and happy with my purchase!

It took a month to receive the items. They were poor quality and did not fit. They will not do a return but instead want me to send more money to pay for the mailing of another size. The method of payment is suspicious- an email address.

I’m not sending credit card money to an address such as this. Don’t buy from them. I wasted $90

I recently bought two tops for approximately $80. When they arrived I was not satisfied with the quality and the sizing. The Arwop website has a page devoted to returns; however, when I asked for the return form and the address to mail my items, I was instead offered a $12 refund and told to keep the clothing. When I asked again for a return address, they raised the price a little but still refused to let me return the items. They said if I wanted to return the items, I'd have to mail them to Dubai. All of the advertising stresses the clothes are made in the US. Their final offer was a $40 refund (and I can keep the clothes - that I will donate) which I accepted only because I was tired of feeling scammed by this company. Buyer beware. I also noticed that the email I received asking me to review this company only allows me to write this review if I indicate I am happy with my transaction. If I say I'm unhappy, I'm just directed to contact the company. So clearly they are not interested in hearing any negative comments.

This appears to be a scam site. "Easy 30-day returns/exchanges" is laughable. Presented as the "US Official Online Store" founded by two sisters in 2016 - inspired by their grandmother's needs -and with a return address on the pkg of Franklin Park, Illinois...and another address in London, they will NOT send you a "return authorization receipt" Instead, they keep making offers of $10 or $20 compensation if you keep the items...despite leaving customers much more in debt for products that can't be used. (in my case, the material was cheap and tacky) NOWHERE on the site does Arwop say if you are dissatisfied with their products and want a refund, you have to return them AT YOUR COST to Dubai! Stay away from ARWOP.
