Very dissatisfied!! Do not trust this site. The product took approximately 2 weeks to arrive. Products are not the high quality fabrics they advertise and they run small. I had to navigate multiple emails to attempt a return only to have them offer a partial refund if I keep the products. Seriously! I just told them they didn’t fit and I was dissatisfied with the quality. Why would I want to keep them? Especially for less than for a refund that is less than the price I paid?

Took longer than I thought and is running a little small. The dress also showed bright white flowers and they are a taupe. Material very nice and I will keep it as return not that easy. Keeping my fingers crossed will be able to where it in the future. Determined to get this site right because their clothes are unique.

Returns are really not possible...they want to refund part of what you pay. They say you have to return to Dubai at your own expense eventhough they supposedly have US warehouses...just a tactic so you accept their partial refund.

I ordered 4 dresses. They were nice, but the sizing runs small, so they did not fit and they have no larger sizes, so I asked for approval to return 2 of them. They offered me $30 for $90 worth of dresses and told me to keep them...what???? I said I wanted a full refund and still haven't heard back...so don't order from this company...a similar thing occurred with a company named Tluly. I think a lot of these companies are really the same company..

I like the merchandise but it took far too long for you to ship the items ordered.

Love the tops!! Customer service needs improvement. I still have questions that have not been answered regarding PayPal. My credit card company provided a phone number that got me nowhere. I was beginning to question the legitimacy of the company so was relieved when my purchases arrived and I do love them!

I wanted to return the 2 dresses I bought because they didn't fit right. They were pretty. I liked them but couldn't wear them because they weren't a good fit. The company offered to reimburse $17 and I can keep the dresses. I said I paid over $80 for these 2 dresses. How does $17 help me? They came back and said they can give me $28 and I can keep the dresses...that if I want to return them, I have to send them to their Dubai office at my expense. I felt like I was being punished for wanting to return these dresses and they were going to make it very difficult and expensive for me to do so. They supposedly have 2 warehouses in NJ and I could have returned to one of those. I don't actually believe they have any warehouses in the US at all. I accepted the $28 and will give the dresses to my daughter. Even though the company says that sometimes a return or exchange is inevitable, they don't honor their policy. My opinion of this company has changed from what I first thought. I will never buy from them again.

The white blouse had a snag in the front the first time I wore it.

I am trying to do a return- it is not free they are offering me some money ( not even half of what I paid) but telling me I have to pay return shipping to Dubai!!

The company promptly answered my questions about the delay in receiving the swim suit I purchased to my satisfaction. When it arrived I was pleased to see it fit well and was comfortable.
