It was my first time at Everest Base…
It was my first time at Everest Base Camp. I would never have imagined how difficult it is to get there if it weren't for my own experience. Our group was 12 people and we all managed to get there. The following night my body was extremely exhausted, I couldn't breathe properly, my oxygen level dropped to 35 and I needed to be removed from the scene as quickly as possible. That's where the Ensurance work we contracted for tracking comes in.... ASC360 did an excellent job through Binaya Neupane. They brought me by helicopter from EBC to Kathmandu airport. At the airport there was an ambulance looking for us. They took us straight to the hospital, where we stayed for 2 days. We were very well taken care of by ASC360 and also by the entire crew... including pilots, doctors, nurses and drivers. I'm so glad I can write this review rigght now... If it wasn't for their ability to act quickly, I wouldn't have been able to do it. Huge thank you to the whole team. I hightly recommend this ASC360 Ensurance Company.

I suffered from AMS upon my decent from EBC and needed helicopter evacuation. ASC 360 was informed of the situation and prompt in its decision making, which resulted in I being air lifted to Lukla within the hour.

EBC trek emergency evacuation
I went to EBC trek from 1 Apr to 14 Apr 2024; Mr Anand helped me in whatsapp and calls to answer all my question. And my insurance buying process was just 10 minutes. On the 4th day of my trek, I got High Altitude Mountain Sickness - Since I was not in a condition to walk or talk my guide contacted ACS360 team and they acted so swiftly - Immediately a doctor called , prescribed medicines for first aid, and within 2 hours time I was heli evacuated ; admitted in Lukla hospital - They were too good in helping and saving me on time - Especially I was travelling alone and the ACS 360 made it easy for me ; During my hospitalization and discharge also Mr Prateek Gupta was checking with my doctor and also me through whatsApp/calls. He spoke so, assuring to me to make me feel safe. He ensured I do not have to pay a penny - everything was cashless. Thank you ACS 360 team; You guys are awesome - Continue saving lives - Three Cheers

Appreciate rescue & recovery support from ASC360
Past 5th April 2024, I had started my EBC 3 passes trek from Lukla with a team organized by a Nepal agency. Our itinerary was good with needed acclimatization at Namche, Pangboche & Dingboche. But after crossing Kongma la, I became sick with breathing trouble and made to Lobuche with local support.
Luckily I was trekking with ASC360 insurance. ASC was very prompt in rescuing me by helicopter from Lobuche to Luckla, getting checked & emergency treated at Lukla hospital and then bringing me & few other evacuation cases to Kathmandu and getting admitted in ERA international hospital.
I appreciate the constant touch, assurance & confidence from Mr. Prateek Gupta during my rescue and subsequent recovery at ERA hospital from 13th to 16th April.
It was very smooth cashless experience for me. ASC360 did all handling/ transactions/ payments with various parties and I did not have to worry about anything. Now I am fit, left Kathmandu on 18th, and came back home. Thanks to Prateek and ASC360 team for their good work.
Luckily I always take my ASC360 insurance in all my treks. And it saved me this time. I recommend ASC360 insurance to all adventure enthusiasts.

Claim approved and money received in 1 week
I did the EBC trek SOLO in March-April 2024 and decided to take ASC360 insurance cover for the trek. First and foremost insurance provides the much needed peace of mind for this kind of altitude (5565 M). My flight from Kathmandu to Lukla was delayed by 3 days due to bad weather ( weather in the mountains is really unpredictable) and post my trip I contacted the ASC360 claims department for the claim ( Common carrier delay) and within 1 week I got the money in my account.
Thank you ! Highly recommend this for Indian travelers

Amazing company and staff. I was hesitant to take any insurance due to my previous experience but I was wrong. Lucky to find ASC360 company in katmandu. Mr Anshul, guided me to the whole process and in less than 10 min I had my insurance done with all certificate and detail std operating system documents. He shared even certain tips how to cope with any issue arises in the mountain. Unfortunately, I was hit with HAPE at one of the higher altitude location and was immediately treated by doctors. My guide spoke to the insurance and they immediately send the heli to rescue me and all my medical treatment went smooth. No hassel n no fraud. Pls don’t ignore ur safety and this is indeed best insurance company

Highly recommended
The insurance purchase was seamless. Anshul was very helpful throughout the purchase, as well as when we actually needed a claim.
I injured my leg on the very last day of my Everest base camp terk and was unable to walk downhill. The emergency number on the card was not available. Anshul helped me to arrange a cashless pony ride in the middle of the mountain. I was they arranged a helicopter, as riding a pony with injured leg was very difficult. But it was better than nothing.
The doctor consultation for my leg was also cashless and very seamless.
I would recommend ASC360 for adventure sports insurances

EBC and Gokyo Ri trek
On my return from EBC/Gokyo Ri trek, my flight from Lukla did not take off due to low visibility. This delayed my return flight by 2 days which cost me a substantial amount in change fees. Gagan and thereafter the owner Mr. Prateek were very helpful in resolving the issues with my claim. I definitely recommend them for a stress free trek/adventure.
