Had a great experience with my driving instructor sammy! Always promt on timing and never let me down. So kind and caring this is not just a job to him as he really does go beyond to make you feel welcomed and confident. Would recommend him to family and friends and anyone else who is looking for a instructor that will make you pass. Good luck all!

My driving instructor, Eric, is very companionate about ensuring that his students are safe drivers. He was very committed to my success for the driving test. I can’t thank him enough.😊

If I could rate 0 believe me I would. My driving instructor was Ed. This was my first ever driving lesson. Me and Ed arranged for pickup at my house which was agreed days before the lesson. As soon as he arrived he complained that my house was too far for him to travel and doesn't think he can commit for any further lessons. Baring in mind we haven't even began the driving lesson and also this is my first ever driving lesson. When I was driving on a slope at a give way junction I stalled the car with clutch control and Ed was sniggering and laughing whilst vehicles were behind becoming aggrevated as I was holding up traffic. This knocked down my confidence and self belief. I stalled the vehicle on a number of occasions and he didn't at one point give me any motivation or self belief to drive further. During the lesson he even had the cheek to comment, "If you do your test and you are taken on a hill you are dead". I hope people think twice before booking with this company. Because that was the worst experience I've ever had with a driving instructor and wish he doesn't continue to demotivate other people learning to drive. It seems on my occasion he was just interested in receiving money.

Sam made my driving experience to be very smooth, and made it ver enjoyable to learn to drive. He was very Enthusiastic and entertaining and never made me feel bored during my lessons. He literally new everything that was going to come up in a driving test and continuously gave top tier tips to achieve the best when driving.

Passed first time with my instructor Eric - passed my test with one week of training with Eric! Very good customer service and prices.

Extremely happy that I found Ashanti driving school. My Intructor was Sammy, such a good and patient Intructor to have, always pushing me to the best of my ability. I highly recommend if you want to pass you driving.

Please avoid using Ashanti Driving school at any cost as they are very unprofessional drivinginstructors, rude and have very poor customer service.

I had booked in a lesson with Dennis on Saturday 23 of October at 17:00-18:00pm. Upon arrival, Dennis shouted at me and demanded me to pay him upfront before getting in the car. He had cut my lesson short, 17:40pm- 20 minutes earlier and had kept shouting at me during the whole session. This has been the most awful experience I have ever had and it had knocked my confidence. When Dennis came to pick me up he had introduced himself to me as Eric. But I discussed the issue with Eric. Eric said to me that I didn't have any lesson with him. After providing my details to him he then confirmed that I had a lesson with Dennis. Following this, I raised a complaint about Dennis. However, the phone was picked up by Eric, his manager whom I found him very rude, aggressive and unhelpful. He had no skills to deal with the issues that I have raised and had put the phone down on me twice.

This company has no policy and procedures in place and it is run by cowboys (Eric and Dennis) with no sense of accountability.

Highly discourage ANYBODY to use this driving school, especially an instructor called Dennis George.

Firstly, upon arriving at the wrong side of my address he proceeded to raise his voice over the phone in an impatient manner - this already set the lesson off in a negative way.

Then after we begun driving he cut the lesson short after 20 minutes because of two minor mistakes and left me to walk home 15 minutes away from my address - refusing to give me a lift back home stating “he had other things to do” before abruptly driving off. VERY disappointed, I’ve practiced with 3 - 4 other driving schools and this has been by far the WORST.

The Customer Service was absolutely awful! after reading some other negative reviews I sincerely hope they close this driving school down or have them reported, the lesson was a terrible waste of time and the driving instructor has a rude temperament and absolutely no patience.

My experience with Ashanti was great. My instructor was Eric and he was very professional and he knew his stuff. I passed my test with ease. I recommend Ashanti to everyone who is looking for a reliable driving school for lessons.

Vicky is an amazing instructor and an incredible person.He is so patient that students feel comfortable to drive, he will give us enough time to learn.His methods of teaching is very clear and easy to follow.I passed my test in first attempt.So guys if anyone looking for an extremely professional teacher and school Ashanthi is the answer.

I am happy learning my driving from Ashanti driving school located at Micham South London. I am very pleased with the Instructor, Charles Daniel thought me driving from scratch and today I am now a driver. Thank Ashanti for giving affordable lessons to less privileged people to achieve their driving dream.

Terrible customer service, called company who could not deal with my enquiry, then passed my number over to another instructor who was a complete amateur whistling down the phone and decided to put up the price by £10, then said you probably can’t afford me.
The conversation ended with him saying he would call me back in 5 minutes and now an hour later and nothing.
Terrible.
