Complete incompetence.

Complete incompetence.

I have visited this place twice so far. First time was to cut a key for my Honda motorbike. Because they did not have the correct blank they tried to sell me a Suzuki branded blank as they allegedly are the same. Well it didn't work so I got the refund of £18, we went separate ways.
Today I thought I'd give them a second chance and asked to cut a key for my Lexus. The cut was to be made on my own blank to avoid the situation as from before and yet service did cost £18 regardless. The key I go from them after cutting has a completely different shape to what the original and all thou would go into ignition it won't turn - no surprise there. Yet they claim that it is an immobiliser preventing the car from starting. Then another guy joined and they both tried to convince me it is the electronics in the key, not the fact they have cut it wrong, destroying my blank. Also on that note they refused to give me a refund. This got me so irritated, that I swore at them and they literally told me to F-Off and leave the store. I still have the receipt, the original key and the blank they destroyed.
Ps, later on I called them back and apologised for sweraing at them, but they only told me: "that is not the way to conduct business". Thank you for you advice.
