I’m so grateful to have found Louise. She was calm, compassionate, experienced and above all supportive, giving me some excellent advice on sleep hygiene, routine and mindset that have helped me overcome a bout of insomnia and sleep normally again. My anxiety has really improved and I feel so much better. Above all thanks to Louise’s advice I know what to do should I experience another blip and have the confidence to handle it.
