This is in regards to Brough and Taylor…

This is in regards to Brough and Taylor Real Estate, Ashfield NSW. An absolutely hideous agency to deal with. I had written a review previously on another format under the email name of Tinkerbell and lo and behold, my complaint became disregarded by disclaimer. The respondent went on to say that "I must be confusing them with another real estate agency, as they had no record of my ever renting from them",,,,,gee, no one by the name of Tinkerbell signed a lease agreement?? You don't say! Then the respondent signed out as Brough and Taylor Real Estate, a deliberate attempt to mock my complaint, confirming I definitely had the correct company - but then again, we both already knew that. Additionally, I gained at least 17 people who were in agreement, soooo um, yes, I believe I indeed had the correct agency. How utterly irreverent, dismissive, and an obvious attempt to agitate a former renter of whom they had miserably failed. It had been one of the most frustrating unprofessional rental agencies I've ever had to deal with. It basically had to do with a woman leasing agent, whose professional demeanor and conduct went well below substandard to completely unacceptable. She was hostile, abrasive and erroneously accused me of having a cat without the clause in the lease,; she hadn't even checked the agreement on her end before I received her abrupt and nasty accusatory text message. Honestly, there are those who ought to not work with the public, and she was definitely one of them. In fact, she was probably the respondent, or somebody like her. The rest of the staff were no better either. Do not waste your time with such poor quality service, as I strongly urge that you avoid Brough and Taylor Real Estate if you wish not to be treated like rubbish.

Failure to follow procedure leading to suicide

My sister was placed at Bradley Apartments, which is run by Elysium Healthcare, in 2022 by the Adult Social Care and Health Department of Nottinghamshire County Council via Ashfield Living Well department of Ashfield Council following numerous suicide attempts.
Whilst there due to an admitted failure to follow procedures she was left unsupervised and therefore able to make a further suicide attempt from which she died three days later.
It was later found out that she had been charged £36,912.77 by Nottinghamshire County Council for the sub-standard care and a further invoice has been sent to me for £26,938.64 for the period she was at the accommodation.
