I am extremely disappointed with ASICS shoes. After just one time hand wash, the sides of the shoes started coming apart, which clearly shows very poor quality and durability. I expected much better from a brand that claims to be reliable and performance-driven.
Shoes at this price point should easily withstand basic care like hand washing, but these didn’t even last that. This has been a frustrating experience, and I regret purchasing them. I would not recommend ASICS based on this experience.

The rear cushion for ankles worn out in 4 months
I bought shoes of around INR 10k. There was a 3 months warranty. in 4months i saw my cloth on the cushion at the rear inside has worn out and inside foam is visible. Within 4 months my shoes turned from new to old. I checked with the same store and they said they cant do anything about it. Its been an year since then i wearing the shoes which doesn;t look good .

Terrible delivery through Yodel. Said there was incorrect delivery address even though it was fully correct and every other delivery arrives. Yodel didnt help or Asics. All after buying expensive trainers. BAD customer experience from Yodel AND ASICS. NO HELP

Absolutely appalling - placed an order for Xmas. Received nothing and no one at asics customer service is responding to my emails, nor do they answer the phone during their so called work hrs (which are minimal to say the least).
If I could have left zero stars I would have done. Avoid this company at all costs 😠
Order got lost, not responding to emails
Order got lost. I’ve sent several emails as I have no received the shoes which was a Christmas gift, still no response. I’m now having to reorder for a higher price than I originally payed through another retailer. It’s been weeks of emailing and no response.

Placed an order on the 8th December. I called yesterday as still showing “not shipped” person I spoke to said that my order was packed and ready for collection and I should have my tracking info the same day. Still nothing. You should atop taking orders until you catch up. Have now seen online people ordered in November and still nothing received any tracking info.

Ordered a pair of trainers on the 10th of December I still have not received my item I have tried to call but was told there are many delays I don't think I will receive my item in time for Christmas which is very disappointing as I have waited over a week and this item still hasn't been shipped I have contacted my bank but was told that I would need to wait but this is ridiculous I will NEVER order from this company again
Appalling customer service
Ordered some trainers but didn't recieve them. Customer service made me jump through hoop after hoop and kept moving the marker. Still waiting for a refund. Personally I'd avoid Asics at all costs, just not worth the agro of dealing with customer service.
Very slow delivery.
Ordered new trainers two weeks ago and they still have not been delivered, despite saying 3-5 working days. Cannot get any update from them at all. One can only deal with a useless "bot". Must be on a "slow boat from China".
Horrible Warranty process
Horrible Warranty process! Sneakers had defect near large left toe from normal wear and tear. Asics refused to honor the warranty! I will never again purchase an Asics product!
Refunded quickly after my error
Ordered wrong size trainers for my daughter for netball online. Returned them to local store & was refunded to my card within 48 hours. She took a new pair from shop and loves them, has always had asics for netball due to the support on ankles they give. Felt compelled to write this as see some moaning about refund time but was quick for me

Can only speak as you find, while Asics make decent trainers they are let down by their woeful online customer service experience,who seem to unable to meet the needs of their customers..Canceling an order despite management sytems and orders still being processed appear something that Asics will not accommodate despite consumer rights and the right to cancel , I thinks its called a cooling off period 14 days which does not need to be after receiving because goods haven't been dispatched...so to round off they will happily take the money but are unable to provide a ethical service.
ASICS Ignored Clear Defect and Blamed the Customer
I’ve worn ASICS shoes for over 10 years and have always trusted the brand for their supportive structure — especially for someone with flat feet. I purchased the GT-2160 earlier this year because it was modeled after the older GT line from the early 2010s, which worked really well for me. I got the shoe on sale for $90 (retail $130), and I was genuinely excited to return to a more supportive ASICS model after finding the newer styles too soft for my needs.
Unfortunately, within just six months of regular walking use, both heels tore open and the foam started falling out. I submitted a warranty claim with detailed photos, sizing info, and a comparison to another ASICS pair I had bought just a month earlier (same size, same wear — no damage). ASICS denied the claim.
First, they said the damage was due to improper fit. Then, after I explained that the fit was snug (and based on their own sizing chart), they said the damage was likely from how I tie or untie the shoes — which I found disappointing and dismissive. I have never had this kind of heel damage on any ASICS pair or any other brand. I usually wear shoes until the soles wear down, never the inside tearing apart.
I’ve treated this pair like every ASICS I’ve worn before. For ASICS to sell a shoe at this price point that cannot hold up to normal walking — and then shift the blame onto the customer — is deeply disappointing.
No replacement, no credit, no accountability.
ASICS has lost a long-time customer over this. I’m sharing this so others know what to expect if they have an issue with quality or warranty support.
