Fails to stand behind product when manufacturing defect
Wow - I was shocked to see all the negative review that confirm my experience with this company and how they do not stand behind their product. I have purchased Asics shows for the past 15 years and they have been my only go to fitness show. Recently I had an unusual experience of a new pair slipping in the heel. I reached out to the company, provided them with everything they asked, video, pictures, etc. only for them to say it was a Satisfaction issue and not a manufacturing issue. I will never by ASICS again and will be seeking a new company that supports its products when something goes wrong.

I thought I'd write this review as it would be helpful for customers going through a similar experience with their orders.
I've used ASICS a few years ago and I remembered fulfilment was painfully slow but I was satisfied with the product.
On this occasion I ordered my trainers on 16 Jan and they didn't arrive until 31 Jan.
The order seemed to be stuck in processing after about 10 days and the (surprisingly helpful) AI chat bot said this was because the trainers were on "back order" - meaning they accepted my order without the product being in stock which is the reason for the delay (all this time the payment was showing as pending in my bank account).
My advice would be to stay patient if you've ordered that perfect pair of trainers etc that you really want and are not available elsewhere. Otherwise use retailers elsewhere who stock it and provide proven, speedier service.
In summary; I am satisfied as I got the trainers I wanted and used ASICS knowing in advance about the slow service.

I have been attempting to contact asics regarding my delivery through Yodel that says items were delivered but I have not received items. I have two cases open and yet to receive a reply back. Can someone please help?
Slightly delayed but overall good service
I ordered some new running shoes in the sale on Tuesday last week and paid for the 1-3 day shipping under the assumption that they would have arrived by Friday. However, I never received an email saying that my order had been shipped and it wasn't until I went onto the website and inputted my order number that I was told that they were delayed. I then spoke with the online chatbot who explained why they were delayed but offered no peace of mind by telling me when they were predicted to arrive. Of course, seeing the Trust Pilot reviews this worried me. The AI chatbot opened two cases for me, I initially didn't hear back. However, on Monday my case was responded to, my order was shipped and they have arrived today, one week and one day after ordering. Moral of the story is, yes the company were slightly delayed in posting my shoes, but I still received them within a week (more or less). I do think they're a good company, just struggling to manage orders right now due to warehouse/ shipping systems being updated.
Making the case to NOT shop online
Ordered new shoes online and delivery estimated for a week ago. UPS, the courier service who are delivering the order subsequently moved the deliver date out by 4 days due to “bad weather”- it’s been raining in Ireland 😳. Waited at home all day on the 23/01/2026 as the UPS app indicated delivery was still scheduled. When my shoes never arrived I called UPS and was told delivery date had to be moved to Monday. Tried to tell them there won’t be anybody home to receive the delivery but their system can’t accommodate that. Link from asics to track my order is no longer valid. UPS app now reads “Delivery date will be provided as soon as possible”. I called asics customer services who eventually answered after my being on hold for 12 minutes. They have. I idea where my shoes are but also will not cancel the order. ASICS is definitely promoting a good case for NOT shopping online. I could have gone into a shop and bought the shoes over the weekend which would have been easier
Shockingly bad
Agree with all the below. 1-3 day delivery promised and nothing arrived. Contacted them via the message service, 2 days later I get a meanlingless response suggesting they were delivered the day before. Checked the tracking with Yodel which said still with Asics, awaiting collection. Emailed asics to cancel order, email bounced back. No options with Yodel for any option for delivery such as neighbour or locker. I am now unable to accept delivery so late.Totally hopeless service from an apparent reputable firm. DONT BUY FROM THEM
Terrible
I ordered from them directly as a member i can try the trainers. However, its been over a week and my order status hasnt changed. There is never someone to speak to and the AI messenger is useless. Such a waste of time. They wouldn't even let me cancel my order. WASTE OF TIME!
Non reliable and false advertising
The company does not respect the delivery times it advertised on its website. When I leave a comment about their unreliability and false advertising, it is removed by the company's moderators.
Order stuck in pending/not shipped
Placed an order 12th January with a 2-3 day delivery date. Not entirely sure what went wrong but the payment for this order never left my bank, just sat in pending until my bank reversed it after about 7-8 days. All the while my order was just sat in "Not shipped" status. I finally managed to get a response from customer service who had this to say:
At the moment, your order is still being processed due to unprecedented demand. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
We are working hard to update our systems and get your order shipped as soon as possible. Once we have any updates, we will get back to you.
We appreciate your patience and remain at your disposal for any further inquiries.
So it sounds to me like they're either overwhelmed with orders or their system has broken. In any case it's now 20th January, I haven't a clue when to expect my order, my order hasn't even paid for because they didn't take the money and I'm bored of waiting. Cancelled the order and I'll shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

I had a great experience, I ordered on Wednesday, trainers delivered Saturday, good tracking updates, love the trainers, maybe there's been an improvement since the poorer reviews, or something to do with postage over Christmas and New Year?

I thought ordering direct with Asics would be the best option, unfortunately its the worst.
They haven't sent my item, they refuse to tell me a shipping date, and they're refusing to cancel order, nor will they contact me about it. Complete nightmare, I would give 0 stars if it was possible
They kept the returned order and never refunded my money.
I placed an order on November 12, which was marked as delivered on November 15 via FedEx. When I reviewed the delivery confirmation, I noticed that the package had been delivered to the wrong apartment. The photo provided did not show an apartment number, making it impossible to determine where the package had been left. Had the correct apartment number been visible, I would have been able to retrieve it myself.
Since the order was not delivered to me, I contacted ASICS customer service immediately that same day. The representative I spoke with offered to send a replacement order, this time to be picked up at a FedEx facility to avoid another delivery issue. I agreed to this option right away.
A few days passed without receiving confirmation that the replacement order had been shipped, so I called customer service to inquire about its status. The representative who answered was unaware that a replacement order had been approved and advised that they would investigate and follow up via email. Shortly after, I received an email apologizing for the delay and confirming that the replacement order had been processed. A few minutes later, I also received the official order confirmation.
The replacement order arrived on December 3, and as agreed, I picked it up at a FedEx facility. Upon opening the package, I realized that the shoes did not meet my expectations. That same day—immediately after opening the box—I went directly to an ASICS store to return the item.
At the store, the sales associate processed the return and advised me to take a photo of the screen as confirmation. He stated that I should receive an email confirming the store return and that the refund would be processed within a few days.
Several days passed, and I did not receive any confirmation that the return had been received, nor any notification that the refund was being processed. I contacted ASICS customer service again via email to inquire about the refund status. I was initially informed that it typically takes approximately 14 days for the warehouse to receive returned items, followed by an additional 5–7 business days to process the refund. At that point, only one week had passed since the return, so I waited.
As the 14-day period approached with no updates, I contacted customer service again. This time, I was told that because the return was processed in-store, the store was responsible for issuing the refund. This contradictory information was extremely frustrating.
Due to the lack of resolution, I opened a dispute with Afterpay, as the purchase was made using their payment plan. I submitted proof that the order had been returned and explained that more than 14 days had passed without a refund. Afterpay opened the dispute, and ASICS responded with a statement claiming that they had offered me a replacement order which I allegedly declined—this is incorrect. I accepted the replacement order, picked it up, and returned it the same day.
ASICS also stated that they had proof the order was delivered and therefore saw no reason to issue a refund. I responded to the dispute clarifying that I was not disputing receipt of the order, but rather the fact that the order was returned with proof and no refund was issued.
Despite this, Afterpay closed the dispute in ASICS’ favor. As a result, I have neither the shoes nor the refund. I continued to provide documentation, emails, and a full timeline to both ASICS and Afterpay, but to this day, neither party has resolved the issue.
ASICS claims that because a dispute was opened, they are no longer able to issue the refund and that Afterpay or my bank must do so. At the same time, Afterpay states that only ASICS can issue the refund and that they cannot force the merchant to do so. Ultimately, no one has taken responsibility, and ASICS has kept both the returned product and the money.
I am sharing this experience to raise awareness, as this situation could happen to others. Unfortunately, based on my experience, customer support failed at multiple levels, and I would caution others to be extremely careful when returning items under similar circumstances.

Purchased two shoes accidently and only needed one. Sent one pair back with their label they sent. The representatives are incompetent and will put you on hold with the same piano music repetitively playing the same song. They never have an answer. The call back from a manager never happens. No resolution or refund. I will never buy from them again. I spoke to 7 representatives with no help whatsoever. Wasted money and time.

Poor quality of shoes and downright insulting customer service. I bought a pair of ASICS and they developed a hole after less than three months of use. They blamed it on the fact that I wore them for 7 days a week and should’ve allowed them to rest for 48 hours in between uses, even though I am using them at my sit down job. This was my first and only pair of ASICS and I will never buy nor recommend them to anybody. Buy at your own risk!

Product is days late but I can't cancel because it's in the final stages of shipment. Utter joke of a customer service and I'm pretty sure they will tell you they can't cancel for whatever reason they pull out their backside. Do not buy products from their online store. You will have your time wasted.
