Great experience with Ask customer service
We bought headphones in 2021 with a 3 year guarantee...this was longer than any guarantee on line. The guarantee was due to expire end of Nov 24 and the headphones had stopped charging.
The company replied to my enquiry very quickly. We didn't have the original case or lead but the company provided us with not only a new headphone set but a case and charging lead.
A massive thank you to after sales for their excellent customer service. We would definitely buy from this company again.

Amazing Customer Service
I recently purchased a premium Samsung sound system from AskDirect, and while I initially received two faulty units, the third one worked perfectly. Despite the frustrating experience, Priti's exceptional support made a huge difference. She arranged the returns quickly and even responded to my emails over the weekend, showing incredible dedication. Thanks to her, I ultimately became a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, which is becoming something quite rare these days.

Absolutely fantastic 5* all the way.
This is the first time I’ve used ask direct and they’re very impressive. I bought an open box Sony soundbar which arrived next day (unbelievably) and was in perfect condition too. Excellent, quick email support too. I rate Ask Direct 5* all the way and will be buying again. Very impressed!
