Unprofessional - Misleading information

No english version.
Terrible customer service that doesn't take criticism.
Tells me my books are shipped next week then no news during 3 weeks.

Dear anonymous, thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you're not happy with our service. I can't trace your order history, since you're anonymous, but I'm afraid shipping does cost more time than we can arrange. We're working on improving our information on that.
