Atlantis Water softeners - EXCELLENT
Atlantis Water softeners - an excellent establishment. Billy arrived on time after a courtesy call 15 minutes before hand.
He was informative and knowledgeable regarding his job and experience.

A perfect Installation
I would very much recommend Atlantis Water Treatment. I contacted them via their website and from them on everything went exactly as I would have hoped. They came straight back so that we could arrange a survey. Steve was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted. I was unable to have a Water Softener fitted in the usual spot, under the kitchen sink, due to space and our intention to replace the kitchen units. He looked at our set-up and confirmed that he could install it where we wanted it, in the utility room. He explained the differences between their water softener models, so that we could make an informed decision. A quotation followed shortly after, which was extremely competitive and and instalation date arranged. Steve arrived on time and got straight to work. The instalation took arould 6 hours due to additional pipework required. Once done Steve explained how everything worked (which is very simple) and we now have wonderful soft water running through our pipes. Steve left without any mess and even helped me to get the washing machine in and out of its location. Overall, a very positive experience!

Great company very helpful when contacted regarding fault decided an engineer visit was required. Engineer arrived on day rang to see if okay to come earlier than time given carried out required work was pleasant and efficient. Will recommend this company to anyone

Lovely man in the phone arranging the visit. Jake ( engineer) was prompt, polite & professional.
He fixed the problem and serviced the machine even though that wasn’t part of the plan, as the machine was still in warranty - happy days !
And ( v important) spoke sensible (which I understand) rather than plumber-ese ( which I don’t)
So, working ( and serviced) machine- all for a fixed price.
