The engineer and his apprentice were so honest and friendly. Very polite and efficient.

The engineer provided advice about the water softener which was most helpful. It was useful to be told that the filtered water caused the limescale build up in kettle and better to use the cold water tap via water softener.
Also good to have two bags of water softener tabs delivered. All good thankyou.

I recently contacted Alantis Water Softeners regarding a faulty softener and from the very first contact I found my mind put at ease. They found the machine on their system, could tell me when it was installed and arranged for an engineer to repair and service it.

The engineer arrived promptly, was quick to discover the problem and fixed and serviced our softener in short order. I then received a full report on his visit with both detail and photos of the service. One word - Excellent!

I recently had an issue with my water softener that I bought from Atlantis about 3-4 years ago. The problem was the timer control. My dealings with Mark were first class. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional and went way over what I would have expected from any company. I would highly recommend Atlantis water softeners to anyone that needs or has issues related to water softeners. Thanks again Mark.

The engineer whom I have seen before was very open and informative about the service that he had carried out which I found very reassuring.
The company contacts me every two years to remind me when the service is due which they do without being pushy.
I must say that I have found the water softener excellent.

Nice to have a company that is efficient and provides great service back up long after the warranty period. The service was performed quickly and efficiently with a comprehensive report.

Having bought a replacement metered valve from Atlantis, I was still having problems getting soft water. I called them a number of times over the intervening months, Assistance and advice over the phone was freely given. The problem was eventually worked out, and soft water is now flowing. Great aftersales service and I won't hesitate to to use them again, even though I live elsewhere in the country

Great service this morning from Atlantis after logging a fault with our softener last week...

The engineer was on time and quickly found the root cause of the issue and then continued to service the machine.
He also answered various questions I had and gave me some really good advice around usage and saving water / salt etc.
It's refreshing to have a local company that I know I can rely on in the event of a breakdown, they are very friendly, well organised and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Today I am a very happy man. I get a wonderful experience in my life. I just Installed a Water Softener from "Altantis Water Treatment Ltd". The system was installed by a very nice gentleman "Steve". He is not only so lovely, but polite, skilful and helpful. I am really impressed by his professionalism. The job was done with perfection. We are 200% satisfied with him and his good company.
