Great service from ordering to delivery. Bought a glass splashback and David did a great job getting the map perfect. Delivered exactly on the date due. It looks great and am really pleased. Price was reasonable too.
Have been trying to contact the company to find out where my order is. Despite specifying “arrives before Christmas” at checkout, it is now the 23rd and I’ve had no response from them whatsoever …. Bad service and who knows if I’ll actually receive the order at all!?
“I have been trying to get in touch with their customer advice team now for a week. I have left several voicemails (no one ever picks up their company phone), 5 emails, and social media posts. No one replies. Terrible service and I still have no idea what has happened to my (now late) order.
I’ve ordered 2 items . Order says one has been completed and the other still processing . I ordered on 4th January and have received neither . Left various phone messages to a dodgy number and emails too from company website . No response . Just lost £50 . Be warned something must’ve happened to the company despite previous good reviews
