First with doing a quote with me over chat for hotels and park tickets for Orlando then following up with an email and then keeping in touch to make sure I was happy with everything and when I was having issues paying, Kathy rang me and guided me through the process - just brilliant customer service

In this case, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase, tickets could only be cancelled up to 72 hours before the event date.

Impeccable service every time. Minor inconvenience of not being able to login for no apparent reason. Never need to fret however as customer service is the best I've ever dealt with. Always feel like they care about your family's trip. In a world where customer care is bad and worsening, these folks excel. Keep it up!

Easy booking process
Easy booking process. I booked a hotel only with a low deposit and free cancellation. This turned out to be important as I did have to cancel and did so with no issues and a very speedy refund of my deposit. Great service.

Had a bit of an issue where our flight was going to be late in the day landing in Orlando.
I requested a change in the start date as we could not make the first original date.
Nothing was too much bother for customer services. New dates and new tickets issued.
