If Only I had read trust pilot reviews before. Do not buy from here. I bought a Dyson vac battery and it only held charge for 3 minutes. I wrote to them but no reply. The battery was cheap compared to the Dyson original and that should have rung alarm bells. Too good to be true…and it was.

Do not buy batteries from here. The stuff they advertise and the stuff you receive are completely different items. They sent me Temu batteries that were expanding from the poor quality and then didn't reply to any of my emails. Big ol' scam that might burn your house down as a bonus.

I wish I had read this site before I ordered a Dyson battery. I have not yet received it, despite have a notification that it has been delivered. AUbattery say the company in question was not the one they use and the quoted tracking number was wrong. Attempts to email them have been met with lack of support, then sarcasm... eg Aubattery; to me

Your wasting our time, we are not your personal support for your star track issues.

No details where leaked, we have nothing to do with Star Track, Australia Post and Star Track are independent companies, we have never and will never use Star Track.

We are not going to bother to reply to any more of your emails, nothing to do with us.

I double checked all the details I provided originally, and all correct. Will I get a refund? Not if that customer service person has anything to do with it.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Ordered and paid for a V10 Dyson battery - they sent me a battery for a V8 - tried to contact but they have ghosted me. Tried to do refund through PAYPAL, they told me to contact vendor!! Contacted Consumer Affairs, they told me to contact vendor...Just don't buy anything or be prepared to loose your money.

Bought 4 8ah milwaukee batteries, 3 of the 4 wont charge and these idiots aren't replying to any emails about the issue... have had to lodge a paypal dispute

Half the order is missing and I'm just reading the horror stories of their shitty products too.

I purchased 2 x 6Ah Ryobi batteries. Shipping was a bit slow, (they weren't dispatched for three days after purchase), but they arrived within about a week.
The batteries that I received were actually labelled 8Ah, but when comparing them to my genuine Ryobi 5Ah batteries, they felt much lighter in weight, which made me instantly suspicious about the claimed capacity.
My suspicions were proven correct when I compared their runtime with the genuine batteries - these do not have anywhere near their claimed capacity, my 18v leaf blower can drain one of these from full to empty in about 5 minutes. The light-up battery gauge on the units is also not accurate, it only drops about one bar before the battery dies.
They DO still work, and I'm happy to use them with tools that don't chew through batteries too fast. e.g. they are a good cheap option if you just need an extra battery for your drill or impact driver.
(I would guess that they are really about 2Ah.)
But if you really need a battery with capacity, it looks like these batteries are not your best option.
Personally, I would spend the extra to get the genuine Ryobi batteries next time.

Ordered 2x Ryobi 6ah batteries, when they arrived said 8ah but weigh the same as my 2ah. charged they lasted 10min max. had very little luck contacting the company however they did send 1 PO Box to return to. I have done that and they have stopped all contact with me. They now have the batteries and my money. DO NOT USE, THEY ARE A SCAM

Absolute scam. Do not order from this company! I ordered 2x Makita replacement batteries and 1 for my Dyson V8. The Makita are labelled as 8Ah but perform worse than my old 1.5Ah batteries. Absolute joke. The Dyson replacement battery initially seemed fine but now 4 months later will last no more than 10 seconds. I requested a refund or replacement but they are ignoring me. Not a serious company. I also left a review on the website with one star but they only show the 5 star reviews. All negative reviews are deleted. Avoid at all costs. Don’t be fooled by the low prices like I was.

delivery. Paid extra for post. After two weeks I wrote to them and received no response.
I paid with PayPal so I lodged a claim and receiv d an immediate refund. That’s so unusual to get refund straight away. I’m presuming it’s because it’s a known scam site

Rubbish. 1st battery died within 1 month, they did send a second that has died too. maybe one month old. Absolute rubbish. DO NOT BUY!

Purchased genuine high output Milwaukee Batteries. Received non high output cheap Chinese copies. When complained, no response or feedback. Avoid at all cost from this fraudulent dishonest business.

Batteries are absolute rubbish - last for a few weeks and from 8 amp get 2 amp performance, if that. Look the part but are rubbish. I note that among hundreds of positive reviews from allegedly genuine buyers they didn't publish my negative review, or any others I can see. $100 wasted - I should have known better.

Crap, scam company - doesn't exist, eg not traceable on Google Maps. The Google street view shows a very dodgy looking premise, with no signage. I paid $70 for a Dyson battery I have not received after more than 3 weeks. They are uncontactable, do not reply to emails or online queries. I have disputed the transaction with the bank.
