Disreputable Company - Disgusting Product!!

Ordered 2 Ryobi 36V Battery 8.0Ah Replacement | BPL3626 Lithium-ion Battery With LED 18/12/2025 Batteries received were incorrect (6.0Ah) and did not work. BFO have done everything to obfuscate their responsibility and avoid providing return details or a reasonable solution to the purchase. I have provided video showing the issue as they requested - since then NOTHING - zero response. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS!!!

BFO sent me two Ryobi batteries

BFO sent me two Ryobi batteries, 5AH. They are Excellent batteries. One of the batteries wasn't even fully charged and I did the lawn with it, used it in the edger (strimmer) and then topped up the battery to fully charged. The prices are significantly lower than Ryobi. I have been on YouTube for 18+ years and I put my name behind this brand. Very happy with my batteries from BFO.

DO NOT buy from batteryfactoryoutlet.com

I bought 2 Milwaukee 12Ah batteries from this site which claim to be in Australia. In fact they import copy batteries from China. Both batteries failed on first use. I have spent several weeks trying to get my money back. Do not buy from this business they sell rubbish and you won't get a refund.
