Don't buy an electric Audi
Don't buy an electric Audi. I'm currently driving an Q6 Edition 1 and the maximum charging range Audi advise is nowhere near to what the car achieves. And this is before any driving is done. The figure is misleading and way off what is achievable. The figure Audi state is around 290-300 miles on a maximum charge. I am lucky if I achieve 200 miles on a good day. However the other day I only achieved around 180 miles. This is before any driving is done therefore you can knock another 10-15% off that figure for real world driving. That is ridiculous. Audi are already under scrutiny for misleading EV charging claims. Save yourself the headache and buy from another manufacture.
I came over to Audi after having had…
I came over to Audi after having had three new mercs over the years . Big mistake. Had the Audi six months and still problems with it . Will be going back to Mercedes fur my next car and will never touch a Audi again
Poor poor products and service
App constantly down so cannot do remote stuff to car as you should. Premium cost for the brand, poor service. No customer support. Issues been going on for months and no sign of a fix.
Nicest looking cars on the market but…
Nicest looking cars on the market but my god the MMI system and electronics are ridiculous ! Always a fault code

Audi Q4 2024
Audi Q4 2024
My Audi app: Never before have I struggled with an app at this scale. The car and app never connect even on the home WiFi. Air conditioning timers work randomly. App was upgraded and timers started to work, but then the app was updated and everything disappeared! Audi told me that only one user is allowed with no more than two users on one profile. As my wife and I both use the car and we cannot have separate profiles, which is ridiculous! This restriction also prevents the app and our intelligent Ohme charger from talking as the app considers this a third profile. So car and the charger are continually fighting.
Keys: key remote sensing has never worked for the doors. We have to open the car by pushing the button every time. Not something you expect from a £60k luxury SUV.
Display MMI interface: Car and phone connection delays. Sometimes can take up to 5min for the CarPlay interface to connect. This annoying feature prevents you from starting your guidance Satnav on your phone so you are stuck until the car decides to give it to you.
I get the feeling the app and MMI system were developed by a third party and just “tacked” on to the car. On several occasions the MMI display has just refuse to work entirely for the whole day. Even stopping, locking and restarting the car would not reset it. Sometime only half the AC System display works.
We love the Audi driving experience but this horrendous software, App and non-existent technical support just makes everything miserable.
I will happily give this car back at the end of its lease and buy something else.
Avoid Audi Aylesbury – Dealership can't be trusted!
Do not use this dealership.
Closed early without warning after telling me to collect my car. Wasted journey and no apology. No management accountability. The way I was treated made me feel unwelcome. Complaint handling has been just as bad. I would not return and would not recommend them to anyone.
Stockport Audi over the past three…
Stockport Audi over the past three weeks I have received extremely poor service
They do not know anything about customer care
I hold a valid Service Plan and have repeatedly contacted your service department to arrange a routine service. Despite several calls, I have been consistently dismissed and given no assistance. I have been spoken to in an unhelpful, arrogant, and frankly insulting manner, and at no point has anyone taken responsibility for booking my vehicle in or following up with me.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to prioritise customer experience. I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this has been the opposite.
Birmingham Audi in Shirley once again…
Birmingham Audi in Shirley once again fell short of expectations. Last year, I spent £4,000 at their garage to fix an air suspension issue, only to face the same problem again this year. They failed to repair it and quoted over £1,000 to replace a part that was already addressed last year and remains under warranty. I left a one-star review on Google, which they acknowledged and asked me to email my concerns about, yet I have received no response in the two weeks since. Their customer service is utterly unacceptable.
The "Audi A4 Reliability" Myth
The "Audi A4 Reliability" Myth: 10 Faults in just 3500 Miles
I purchased a 2006 Audi A4 2.0 Petrol with 97,000 miles, expecting the "robust German engineering" the brand is famous for. Despite immediately performing a full premium service (Mobil fully synthetic oil and all filters), the car has been a mechanical nightmare.
In the short time I have owned it, I have only managed to drive 3500 miles, yet I have had to replace nearly every major peripheral component, including:
• Engine/Electrical: Crankshaft sensor, Oxygen sensor, Spark plugs, and the Throttle Body.
• Mechanical: Rocker cover gasket and now a failing Starter Motor.
• General Maintenance: Front right window regulators, rear brake disks/pads, and windscreen washer system.
To have this many failures before reaching 102,000 miles proves that the claim of these engines lasting 500k miles is a complete myth. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle, do not be fooled by the Audi badge. My experience has been one of constant repairs and zero reliability.
They have no clue how to solve…
They have no clue how to solve potential or recurrent software issues causing performance issues on the on the electric cars. I have a 2024 q4 etron and the the helpline is usless. They have known issues with the software package. I was told by AA brakedown to call audi as they had seen issues with software package being downloaded by their cars which runs down the 12v battery on the car (separate to the main battery). When I reached home, I tried to charge the car. However it woud not charge and the 12V battery had been depleted. Calling audi did nothing and is a complete waste of time. They need to understand that the software packages on cars will become a growing part of their business where they have very little capability.
Utterly appalling from start to finish
Utterly appalling from start to finish. We bought an approved used car from Oxford Audi with extended warranty. We had to fight for almost 5 months to get the repairs to the diesel system done. Time after time we were promised a fix but it took numerous visits and contacting Audi UK, trading standards, financial ombudsman etc to get any reaction from the staff. After many months of shocking treatment, we finally got our car back and were promptly threatened with the police if we didn’t return the loan car by close of business that day. Eventually we were promised a refund which then took over a month to arrive. I feel sorry for the friendly and helpful reception staff that, no doubt, have to face extremely dissatisfied customers on a daily basis. Without doubt the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. If you really want an Audi, I would suggest you don’t use the Marshall dealership. Go elsewhere! A real shame I have to leave one star.
Bekkah & Simone @Audi Bristol are superb..
Had to wait a very long time to get my car inspected today. There could definitely be some improvements on expected waiting times etc. Bekkah & Simone made the whole 5 hour wait in-store bearable, and we had a good laugh. If it wasn’t for you two, it would be a 1 star experience.
Poole Audi - Simply The Best!!
I have honestly just been treated to comfortably the BEST experience ever at a Car Dealership, as a Customer, for a new Car Service. I can totally understand how and why Poole Audi was awarded the Best Audi Dealership in the UK - “Simply The Best”.
They have literally got EVERYTHING RIGHT!
The Customer Journey, from my first interaction at booking stage, to my arrival, and the genuine, warm welcome, and personal care and attention I was shown by the Service and Technical Team, Reception Team, Technicians, Parts Department and other staff I interacted with, were all truly outstanding and service was easy seamless!
Callum was my personal Service Manager, who looked after me, explaining fully and competently the works being carried out, in a friendly and professional manner from start to finish - He sent me a WhatsApp as I left thanking me for choosing Poole Audi and then an email with personal Video filmed by the Technician showing me what work had been carried out and a health check of the whole vehicle too. Callum is an asset to the group.
Without exception EVERY member of the team I met were professional, kind, appeared genuinely happy and interested in making sure I was content.
I have never felt as truly valued as a customer as I have today!
The Complex was inviting, comfortable, bright, spotlessly clean (including the Huge Workshop) and customer centric.
My car was carefully tended to and was cleaned and washed prior to being handed back to me too!
I could go on and on….. I can 100% thoroughly recommend Poole Audi - Outstanding .
I am so delighted that my vehicle is under their care - Thank you.
An Amazing experience!

I have two main issues. 1. Bought a brand new A6 Etron in July 2025. I notified them within one week of a boot malfunction. The response from Audi was yes we are aware of it but because the car is so new we have no fix. Its now December and the issue is not resolved and they are now ignoring my complaints. Second is the roadside assistance is a shambles, I had a puncture 5 miles from a city centre location. I had to wait for 5 hours on the side of the road and then when they did a temporary repair to get me home they charged me £18. Not a lot of money and at 2am in the morning after waiting for 5 hours i couldn't be bothered to argue but surely i already pay for assistance to get me home and the temporary repair saved them having to relay me home which was an hour away. I have never experienced this poor level of service from any other premium bands.
Q4 E tron 45 keep clear off
I bought an Audi Q4e tron October this year, was getting 320 miles on average per 100% charge when it dropped to 198 in November with temperatures of 8-12c I was told that the normal range
Wish I had never bought it, I’ve always bought a Q5 every 3 years but I won’t be buying anymore
No customer care
Having had multiple and ongoing poor experiences with a franchise dealership Audi UK could not care less.
We have multiple Audis in the family, most owned, one leased.
They would not talk about to me about service issues with the leased vehicle. Even though it is leased through Audi to myself. Any issues I experience with Audi service need to be managed by VWFS? Even though I am the one being impacted.
Raised a complaint around multiple instances of damage and a concern around warranty work to my personally owned car, and have been told they will do an internal review and won’t come back to me.
Most recently one of the cars went in for a one day job, came back 6 days later, no updates or communication.
This is not a premier brand, and they do not consider customer care a priority.
They allow dealerships to behave badly and won’t get involved.
Shame, I love the cars. However will avoid Audi and Harwood’s going forward.
Very disappointed with al Audi euro 6
Very disappointed with al Audi euro 6
Adblue system very poor design very expensive to put wright
Customer service is like doesn't exist anymore
What's the point of having all the new tech and new emissions regulations if they don't work.
Better buy a 20 year old car and pay few pounds a day for emissions zone then buying a newer car and spend time and money on garage plus you feel like a intruder with so many vehicle issues.
Audi customer service. What customer service.
Unbelievable. Contacted customer services a week ago and twice since chasing and no response to an App software error on my Q4. It is clearly the result of a software update. I’ve been a customer with Audi for over 25 years but am shocked. This isn’t what you expect from a ‘premium’ brand
new Q5 aircon fail and rejection but no goodwill
I purchased a nearly new (700 miles, 4m old) Q5 plug in hybrid from JCT600 sheffield who have been great. After 4/5m (or the winter) I noticed the aircon didn't stay on (more than 20sec) so I took it under warranty to be fixed at my nearest main dealer Audi Derby Sytner. 7 months of poor communication, excuses, left expecting to get my car back any day with that weeks fix and driving around in an expensive diesel loaner I did manage to get a refund. But Audi just put me back where I was last Nov 24, so I couldn't afford the same car again, I had no recognition of extra diesel expense, lost money on insurance, tax, or anything for the 7m of hassle and stress chasing a fix for my car. The financials got caught between the selling garage, the one that had tried to repair my car (who'd spent money) and Audi UK central Leeds who helped with the rejection but nothing else (but really had a dodgy car to sort out and forgot who the customer is). I would not purchase from Sytner or Audi again based on the experience in the last 8m.
