Audi chelt customer services terrible
Audi chelt customer services terrible - ring you to say need an inspection service - what’s that I say? Some gobbledegook about needing an inspection. I argued we had had a mini service and MOT. She said we need more after 4/5000 miles - do you know what you’ve done - no, I say as it’s not something I look at and don’t have that information permanently in my head! We had 2 services on the cost of car when purchased in 2024 second hand. Last time went in they had no record of previous work even though on my app. It will be additional cost. I don’t want to pay that. Just rubbish explanations up front when purchasing and every time I deal with CS they don’t explain simply or clearly. So much better with Ford - thinking of reverting.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Bought a car from Audi Staffordshire 6 months ago and have had constant issues with it from the childlock intermittently working to the temperature panel not working. After taking months to book repairs in and now being told not covered under their extended 2 year warranty. Very rude customer service initially from Audi Staffordshire and now being passed around trying to resolve the issues with our unusable car due the childlock issue.
Very terrible customer experience
Very terrible customer experience, customer service phone line non existent, no one answering, no update whatsoever so ever. Three days chasing, trying to find out if my car is ready to be picked up - had to go the service centre to go and collect. Quoting £2061, 4 times more for replacement of heater matrix than other independent dealers. Arranged to fix it with click mechanic for £561
Audi Site Con
Used the web page to spec my order but when my car arrived it did not match the pictures on Audi UK web site? On closer scrutiny I found a tiny note that doesn’t view correctly on my iPhone basically saying pictures are not UK cars?? Can Audi not afford a camera person? Obviously not, they would rather disappoint and alienate their customers.
Contacted Audi UK, not interested??
So much for customer service or taking onboard constructive feedback
Shocking - Audi Warrington
Audi Warrington is the perfect example of why people lose faith in dealerships. Before the sale, they were relentless—calling multiple times a day, answering every question, and pushing hard to close the deal. Once the money changed hands? Radio silence.
By day two, the car had issues. Since then, the experience has been a nightmare: calls ignored, promises broken, and staff who are dismissive, evasive, and utterly uninterested in resolving problems. They lie to your face and over the phone, take zero accountability, and even try to twist their own mistakes into “your misunderstanding.”
Customer service? Non-existent. Stress and anxiety? Off the charts. We’re now escalating to Audi UK and the Ombudsman for mis-sold service packages and the shocking lack of care.
If you value honesty, competence, and basic respect, avoid Audi Warrington like the plague. Unless you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience and gaslit at every turn, steer clear. Walking into this dealership is like dipping your toe into shark-infested waters—except the sharks are friendlier.
Audi A6 etron - big regret
I bought a brand new Audi A6 etron, after 2 months, it went back to dealer for repair twice. Today, the 5 warning lights came on and these functions are no longer working, so another visit to the dealer. The car is only doing around 220 miles instead of 380 miles! I understand it is only an estimate, but I thought it should do around 280.
Audi what a disaster in Swindon
Audi what a disaster in Swindon
Whoever owns this franchise is totally wasting their money on sales staff. To be fair the receptionist on the desk was ok.
I was looking for an Audi PHEV so around £65k worth of car. Was then handed over to a totally disinterested girl who was obviously disappointed that i had interrupted her phone time. Just couldn't be bothered and i don't even think knew anything about the car. Never bothered to show me the car, so i was left to my own devices for a few minutes so in the end i just simply walked off.
Note i did this previously 3 years ago when i went in and EXACTLY the same occurred. Nice building, probably nice cars but couldn't find out.
Whoever owns this franchise needs to do some mystery shopping, the sales director should be down the road tomorrow
Shocking audi uk.
I contacted audi uk regarding a car that i purchased from one of there franchise Chelmsford audi. I purchased a 2025 audi a5 quattro avant. With 5000 miles on it. Registered to the dealership. I purchased the car over the phone as they are 120 miles away from me. They told me that the vehicle was totally original and never had any paintwork or damage.but after a few days after i got it i found out it had been painted and badly. I took the car back and they promised to rectify it and would be to a high standard..unfortunately they didn't do it all properly and they even damaged a rear tyre and put a new one on. But they didn't admit it to me. I noticed it and asked them.. I rejected the car for a full refund but I am out of pocket by £380. 2 train journeys cancelled car insurance fees and I filled up the car. It was no fault of mine that i was mislead into buying the car over the phone and was not told the truth regarding the cars condition.. but audi uk seem to think that they didn't do anything wrong.. I have been a loyal customer to audi for 15 years and this is how they do business.. shocking

Audi Owner Review – A Clear Warning to Prospective Buyers
Audi Owner Review – A Clear Warning to Prospective Buyers
I purchased a new Audi Q3 Sportback (MY23) in April 2023 for around $76,000. The vehicle has suffered repeated failures that Audi has been unable to resolve, and buyers should be aware of the pattern.
Navigation & Connectivity Failure – 1.5 Years Unresolved Since mid-2024 the car has been stuck on “Loading user information…”, leaving navigation, music, hands-free calling and all connected services unusable. This has remained unresolved for approximately 18 months, despite being logged multiple times and identified as a firmware issue.
Seat Leather Defect – Months of Rejected Warranty Claims The passenger seat leather deteriorated unexpectedly. Audi initially rejected the warranty claim multiple times, despite no evidence of outside damage. My insurer confirmed it was a manufacturing fault. It took more than six months of back-and-forth before Audi finally replaced it.
Critical Mechanical Failures Before 15,000 km More critically, the vehicle is already booked for a clutch replacement before even reaching 15,000 km — an alarming failure in a new car driven under normal conditions. The Pattern Across interior, electrical, mechanical and software systems, the vehicle has shown repeated faults, slow resolutions, and avoidable warranty resistance. The navigation/connectivity failure remains unresolved after 1.5 years.
Bottom Line A vehicle at this price point should not experience this level of failure or require this much effort to obtain basic warranty support. Potential buyers deserve to know that my experience has fallen far short of the “premium” standard Audi advertises.
Easily the worst customer service I have experienced
A4 diesel saloon, nice car to drive, well assembled, very poor quality components in many areas, expensive to own, local dealer was good but slow to handle issues...Audi UK central team are easily the worst customer service I have experienced, perfunctory, arrogant and dismissive...would give Audi UK team zero stars if it were possible.
Have a aproved Audi with 12 months…
Have a aproved Audi with 12 months warranty got a coolent leak so failed mot and Audi have no space for a month and want 150 just to look at it unreal what’s warranty for I’ve told them the problem, but no we need to check
Dom Sweeney at Liverpool audi shown…
Dom Sweeney at Liverpool audi shown exceptional attention to detail and service.
From the minute we sat down he understood what we were looking for from the model, special requirements all within our financial expectations. Even making it extra special on pick up with a teddy for our baby.
Thank you so much Dom couldn't of asked for better service!
Shockingly Poor Service and Communication
I took my Audi Q5 (still under warranty) to Bexley Audi due to a judder coming from the rear axle. I was told it needed an “adaptation” and that it was a common issue. When I asked what this “adaptation” actually involved, the customer service agent clearly had no idea what they were talking about. Thankfully, I had already spoken to a technician who was able to explain it properly.
Despite the car being under warranty and the fault being well-known, Bexley Audi still tried to charge me around £850. I was advised to contact Audi UK, who confirmed it should have been carried out as a goodwill repair.
What followed was even worse: it took Audi UK four weeks just to get a response from the manager at Bexley. Then, two weeks later, I got a call from Audi UK congratulating me on the completed repairs – which was baffling, because Bexley Audi had never contacted me and nothing had actually been done.
It has now been another four weeks, and I am still waiting for Audi Bexley to contact me to book the car in. No updates, no calls, nothing.
Absolutely ridiculous from start to finish. A shocking lack of communication, customer care, and basic competence from both Audi UK and Audi Bexley. I expected far better from a premium brand.
Unprofessional customer service.
When I called to book my car in for a service, it took ages for my call to be answered and when I spoke to the receptionist was rude, put me through to Service. My call was dropped so I had to call back. Same receptionist took my number and promised someone would call. No one did. Two weeks later I called up with another query, and again a terrible experience. This time no one even bothered to pick up the call. I have up after 5 minutes. My next service will be with a more reputable dealership and service centre. It's a shame because they people who actually work on the car do a great job!
Following a purchase of an Audi in…
Following a purchase of an Audi in December 2024 I have had no end of issues. The after sales customer service is non existent. I have been trying to resolve issues since September 2025 and have sent nearly 30 emails to the sales man (Audi reading), the head of sales (Audi reading), the head of business and Audi uk and I’m still waiting for a resolution. The list of issues is endless. The MPI check at the point of sale indicated the breaks and discs were not checked all of which I have now been advised need replacing. Incorrect information given by the sales manager on the vehicle service history. Work on the car that was agreed as a condition of sale not carried out. First aid kit in the vehicle had expired at the point of sale. The sales manager was unhelpful and patronising. This situation had caused endless stress, I’ve visited the reading branch on 2 occasions just to get some sort of response. The whole situation has been disappointing and I would not be recommending anyone waste their time or money going to Audi. You don’t get the service you expect and they couldn’t care less about their customers once the sale is done!
Excellent Customer Service from Coventry
Excellent Customer Service. Coventry Branch staff members remained behind after business hours by 30mins on Sunday to take delivery of my vehicle which was booked in for a service on the following day. Made it very easy for me.
Much appreciated
Thanks
"Customer Service" is a bad joke
"Customer Service" is a bad joke !
Dealerships are the worst I've experienced in 35 years of buying cars.
Once they have your money you're on your own, if you have an issue they just ignore calls & emails.
Stratsone Tamworth are particularly odious.
Service & repair costs are astronomical, £350 for an oil change on a 2.0 litre petrol A6.
If you want a quality car & good customer service rather than a flash VW clone go to Lexus.
Stockport Audi over the past three…
Stockport Audi over the past three weeks I have received extremely poor service
They do not know anything about customer care
I hold a valid Service Plan and have repeatedly contacted your service department to arrange a routine service. Despite several calls, I have been consistently dismissed and given no assistance. I have been spoken to in an condescending unhelpful, arrogant, and frankly insulting manner, and at no point has anyone taken responsibility for booking my vehicle in or following up with me.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to prioritise customer experience. I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and this has been the opposite.
Q4 eTron has a charging error when…
Q4 eTron has a charging error when "waiting for a charge" i.e. before the power is switched on to the charger. Local dealer (Crawley Audi) response: "it is normal" after 3 visits and about 10 phone conversations. One person there said they are swamped with charging issues associated with new Q6 and no time!! Next step was to contact Audi Digital Services but for them to understand the problem is laughable - they pass the issue to their "Technical Team" who respond by asking for the same information multiple times and over several weeks - possibly because they can't cope with volume of charging queries. You also cannot escalate to a manager as Audi Customer Service managers are not "Customer Facing" !!! Audi - expensive, great sales people, great when it works but zero after sales customer care!!
