Audiovox was my very first mobile phone, which 20 years ago was a very odd pick if i may say! Still it fared well, and was even durable. I was pleasantly surprised.

I Sent them an email, asking information.
Feeling a little happy, about the situation.

Received a reply, A couple days later:
“We heard your cries, we’ll have your wish catered.”

Holding on tight I waited a week,
Checking my inbox, hoping for a bleep.

The second week arrived, My inbox sad and empty.
The urge to send an email, becoming very tempting.

I decided to wait, to give them some time.
Being polite, "Their hands must be tied!"

The third week came, “This is kinda lame…”
Sent them an email, trying not to blame.

I thought I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
Finally ended up in their hopeless sales funnel.

“Call me up, If you need an appointment :)”
What came next? Only disappointment!

Little did I know, this endless path of pain,
The oncoming light turned out to be a train.

I phoned the lady, stating : “Hi, I’d like an appointment”. To which she replied “Bye!” and hung up.
I can only imagine how horrible the support is afterwards, or in the case of a defective unit.

These guys sold me £2800 of Resound hearing aids, which from a date very early to purchase, the aids started making crackly sounds. Not being used to hearing aids, I thought it was normal, until those sounds increased in volume over time. I reported this issue, and was told they would need to be sent away for repair which left me stone deaf if I did so, and they didn't offer any temp aids.
I tried to live with this a while more... but the buttons which changed volume then stopped working...
I have collected possibly near 50 emails over a years worth of asking for help and complaining. They are still broken, and the only reply I recieve after every 5 complaints is... "We are asking the relevant people"... and then nothing more. This is why it has taken over a year using very expensive broken hearing aids which have never worked properly, and they simply do not care... :(
After sending them away for 1 week, they returned with working volume buttons, but the crackling noises were even louder... Months and months after this, so called repair, I'm still mailing them, and considering to goto trading standards and report Audiovox to authorities now. They are completely ignoring my emails, and I am suffering due to their "Ignorance".
Why should they care anyway, they have my money already now, and I have moved away from that address having waited more than a year with these absolutle junk Resound broken hearing aids.
DO NOT USE AUDIOVOX EVER! While you're paying them, they will listen, but when you've finished paying for those aids, they will not care if they are broken, were broken, nor however long they were broken... and in my case, pretty much since purchasing them.
