Outrageous avoid at all cost
I booked this place in November 2021 because I was going to a concert in June 2022 at Wembley. They phoned a week before the concert and said they have no room and cancelled my reservation. They clearly realised they could resell my room because ed sheeran was playing at Wembley and rooms were going for hundreds of pounds per night. This is outrageous and the worst experience I've ever had. Please avoid this place they will sell you out at a moment notice.
