Bought a Merc c class coupe c250. I first saw the car on autotrader after looking fotr a while. Rang and spoke to Martin, very professional and amazing service he provided. Car was immaculate and would defiantly recommend to anyone.

I found a gorgeous BMW 435d M Sport on Ebay, and promptly contacted Autobay. Carl explained the purchase procedure, paid my deposit ect. and that he would arrange to have one of his guys drive the car down to Cardiff for me to test drive... and I was not disappointed and I bought the car after that test drive. Outstanding experience, thanks Carl.

I found a low mileage 2017 Subaru WRX STI on auto trader so I made an enquiry with Autobay direct. Carl arranged a viewing and a test drive for me and I bought the car after the test drive. The following week I picked the car up and 3 days later the clutch began to fail. I rang Carl and explained the problem and he didn’t hesitate to arrange a full repair at no cost to myself. Carl put the car back in the workshop and arrange a new clutch and flywheel to be installed in the car and kept me updated throughout the process.

It’s my first time buying a used car but I would definitely return to Autobay Direct in the future. The only car dealership Iv trusted.

Veiwed the lexus is300h on auto trader didn't know what to expect of the car so I rang and spoke to Joe he gave me all the detail I needed and also assured me the condition of the car was great I won't be dissatisfied as I was travelling from London.
I then travelled 4hrs to go and get the car on Sunday when I got there I met Joe he went and gave me the key and showed me the car all around a very honest person as he mentioned on the phone what to expect when I got there I expected no less the car was spotless had it serviced and MOT and with enough fuel for me to get back the car I drove back drived like new nice and smooth I would go back and buy from him need honest reliable car trader like Joe he has good collection of cars definitely recommend keep up the good work.
