Parts dispatched when you said price was very good and was delivered in good time by dpd .at last a reliable company

When I placed the order for 4 rims, the website said the rims will be delivered on the 10th-11th August. Then their automatic chatbot said 13th August. Then 17th August. Then back to 13th, for days. Whole order, in 2 parcels, allegedly posted on the 11th, but DPD tracking has been saying 'We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel' - for days again.
Then parcel number 1, containing 2 rims, finally arrives on 14/08/26, having been marked as posted on 13/08/26 by DPD - but parcel number 2 is still nowhere to be seen.
Then DPD delivers the second order on 16/08 - but there is only 1 rim, the other one is missing... I need 4 rims, not 3, my car happens to run on 4 wheels!
No easy way of contacting any sort of customer service - it's either chatbot via a chat, or a bot answering emails (you can hack it eventually by typing in 'human agent' into the chat repeatedly. Then you are put in a queue and then maybe, after a looong time, a human agent will answer). Rubbish service, rubbish customer experience. Would not recommend a company that blatantly makes delivery dates up, especially as you will then eventually receive only 3/4 of your order.

Great company but needs to use a different courier, DPD are a joke

Legal Scammers. on the app it's saying that it's compatible with you're car ,but on arrives it's not. Apparently you need to double check with them on the chat if you want to be shure. This wasn't a problem if they are not answering after 40 minutes ( and I'm serious, I have to wait two times 40 or more minutes to answer). Horrible experience.

All I need is a wing mirror but as none of there part numbers match mine, despite looking identical, there is no way to contact them except by chatting to a robot which only allows certain questions, none of which relate to the issue. When they suggest a part its completely wrong.

Ordered a part about 11pm and arrived Friday morning. Cheapest I could find and it means I can now use my car safely. Just so grateful. Didn't hear much until the Thursday night and worried it hadn't been despatched but I needn't have! Awesome.

Prices are good, but very poor customer service in my case of a missing package. I enjoyed the process of selecting, confirming and paying for the part, but it went very pear-shaped from there.
Think carefuly before using if you are in the UK, they use EVRI :-{
The EVRI driver went to the wrong address and scanned as delivered, he was abandonning it when an employee told him of his error. He took the parcel away and that seems to screw their system, it shows as delivered and their chatbot kicks you out, a dead end.
Autodoc's robot is also rather poor, but Google's suggestion of how to break through worked, I chatted with a human twice, she said she would get on to EVRI and come back with an update, I've heard nothing days later.
With the delivery failure, I went along with Autodoc's claims process, I was given the option of "Refund" or "No Refund", what nonsense! A day or two later they closed the case! That would leave me about £260 out of pocket and they think that's OK.
I'd have taken the refund and run away, but the part is scarce, I needed the parcel EVRI now had.
My next step would be to involve my Credit Card company, I believe they can really put the squeeze on, blocking payments, worth knowing if this happens to you.
I noted an update on Autodoc's site last night, a re-delivery, again to another wrong address and not a peep from the dreadful EVRI. I found that business today and now have my box, no thanks to Autodoc or EVRI, and all very stressful.
I have replied to their last non-automated email saying I now have it, I wonder if they will ever read it. Will I ever get an apology, they're free and demonstrate some degree of caring.
Oh and the label on the box has a big barcode, I scanned it and the address is correct but somehow the text address is nonsense, so all this fuss started with Autodoc!

I’ve been buying pattern parts from AUTODOC for some time now and I always receive my goods in good time.
Great parts at great prices with a speedy service.

Identified and ordered brake discs which were incorrect size.
Caused me a lot of trouble

Reply from AUTODOC - Great Britain
In the first experience I was quoted a short 3 to 4 day delivery timescale, after this period I looked and the estimate increased another 10 days. I cancelled the order. I'd also had problems with then distinguishing between the billing address and delivery address.
On my second order, the part was delivered to the wrong address, and the part incorrect and not compatible with my vehicle.
The resolution is too slow, not immediate, the bot they employ cannot discern anything complex. I'm left not knowing if there is a comparable part, how to return etc. No customer service...i would generally avoid this company, it's too slow and unresponsive to problems

Very disappointed with AUTODOC. Their website clearly advertised the brake discs as a “set of 2 pieces”, but after I placed my order, they admitted it was a system error and refused to honour the advertised price.
Instead of taking responsibility for their own website error, they are asking me to pay an additional £24.99.

What a joke.
Ordered parts on Sunday. It’s taken them four days now to process the order for oil and filter for a vw gti engine. And now Evri are still expecting it. So six days later I still will not have the parts I paid for upon ordering. Amazon can do next day and AUTODOC said next day. They didn’t mention which next day to be fair.
Also it seems impossible to contact them on this.
If my parts arrive for the service my vehicle is due before we go away I will be shocked
I will be deleting the app and telling others not to use. Should have used Amazon

I ordered several car parts from AUTODOC, including 2 KYB shock absorbers and Brembo brake pads. The shocks and pads never arrived. Instead, I received an additional Bosch wiper set I didn't order and which isn't even suitable for my car.
I immediately provided photos of the parcels, labels, contents and incorrect wipers. My claim was rejected with a generic response referring to their Terms & Conditions, but no actual reason was given.
I then wasted 3 days speaking to numerous agents trying to understand why. Agents gave me different information, disconnected chats while I was asking questions, and I repeatedly received what appeared to be template responses instead of answers. Their chat system was also terrible: new messages often didn't appear until I left the conversation and clicked “Resume chat”.
The most concerning part was the parcel weight.
I was initially told AUTODOC had checked with EVRI and the parcel weight was correct at 6kg. After questioning this repeatedly, AUTODOC eventually confirmed that 6kg was actually a system-generated declared weight based on what they expected to be in the parcel – NOT a physical EVRI measurement.
I was then given an “exact” weight of 5.562kg. AUTODOC subsequently told me their system weights were 4.612kg for the two shocks + 0.950kg for the pads – exactly 5.562kg.
I therefore asked for the actual physical weight of the sealed parcel. AUTODOC then claimed it was physically weighed after packing, but would not provide me with the recorded weight.
They also confirmed that warehouse scan logs, packing-station CCTV and specific weight records exist, but will not provide them to me. They did confirm they would provide the evidence to my bank if formally requested during a payment dispute.
At one point I was told my case was being sent for a secondary review including warehouse scans and CCTV. Around 11 minutes later, I was told a “comprehensive investigation” had already been completed, everything was correctly delivered and the case was permanently closed.
After 3 days of this, AUTODOC has refused a refund or replacement. I've now had to buy the missing parts again elsewhere at my own expense and will pursue the money through my bank.
I have retained the complete chat transcript, screenshots, emails, parcel photos, labels and EVRI correspondence and can substantiate everything above.
I will update this review with the outcome.

It is the standard that is expected from a major retail supplier, of good communications from the supplier and the delivery company. The price being excellent.

Not used them for a while but their prices and delivery speed are hard to beat. I will certainly use them again.
A very happy customer.

You can't ship to Iceland. You need to improve on shipping your good products to Iceland. I always send the packages to a family member who then sends them onward.
