The technician was great, arrived on time, friendly and efficient. Worked well, windscreen changed in an hour, glass cleaned etc.
Booking was different, a constant push for upselling extras, 3 or 4 times. Then less than 5 minutes after it was booked, you get an email asking you to 'rate their service' and that was sent several times over the next week.
