I was very pleased with the service I have received I rang and asked advice what to do and it was given and then my mechanic took over and contacted you direct and the job was completed, when you take out warranties I am always sceptical if they will actually honour what its states but on this occasion I needed not to worry and I am very pleased with the efficient way the car was repaired

Dont waste your money

What could have been a very stressful experience was eased by the helpfulness of all the people I spoke to and prompt payment after my car was fixed

Had a fault develop, which was a item covered by the warranty, got estimate approved by Autoguard had the repair done and claimed cost back which was settled within a week.

Great, communication throughout. Questions that I had was answered either on the phone or via email without too much of a wait time.

Two days after taking delivery of my car and EML appeared on the dashboard i booked it into the garage and between the seller and autogaurd warranty the problem was fixed no hassle just good cover.

Had to make a claim recently and the whole process was very straightforward. It was quick and easy to submit everything, and the communication was clear throughout. The claim was assessed promptly and paid out without any hassle.
Overall a very smooth experience when you actually need to use the cover, which is exactly what you want from a warranty.

Purchased Autoguard when I brought my car, have recently had to use my policy with the help of the garage I brought my car from, must say 100% service from both, smooth transaction, would highly recommend when buying a new second hand car

Very poor service!! Carl from the claims department almost told me that I was trying to “scam” you guys. I had a fault come up on my car 4 days after renewing my contract. My car was absolutely fine before that. When i tried to make a claim it was declined stating the fault was pre- existing. Which is not true!! I have been with you guys for over a year and I thought I would have been treated better. There was no help just “ we can’t do anything”. Absolutely shocking service!!

Absolutely shocking company, hide behind small print, the warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on, covers very little and the level of cover was completely pathetic

From start to finish the transaction was as smooth as ine would expect, I took my CLA45s AMG to MB main dealer for diagnostics & health check, 1 mechanical issue & 1 wear and tear issue identified, had the works carried out by MB - i paid them directly and processed a claim for the mechanical issue, after all documents were filled in accordingly, I was reimbursed by autogaurd within 5 days from submitting my claim.

Well done autogaurd a pleasure to do business with and the peace of mind is priceless.
