Employees stayed kind and calm👍🏻
Queuing 30 Minutes, although I made online check in, is long. And then waiting another 30 minutes for the car is too long.
As usual the tried to sell another insurance protection.

Rude
Lady at the reception was rude because our flight was cancelled we had to book a earlyer flight a day before the trip. We arrived at 10a.m to pick up the car instead of 3 pm. They told us to go back to the airport besause the car isnt ready and wait and come back or pay an extra day for the car witch actually were just 5 hours….. In fact we had to pay an extra day then that was 65€ which was even Pricyer then our normal day rate. Then we got a car that was standing there the whole time ready?!!! The car was literally made out of thin metal i felt like i was in a can.

There was nobody at desk to pick up…
There was nobody at desk to pick up car. Almost an hour late. Tank not full. Had to return car in a garage where I was not given any receipt. Not sure who would be responsible if something happened to car in garage. Difficult to contact personell. Only given a WhatsApp number which worked only when office was open

Honestly one of the best car rental…
Honestly one of the best car rental experiences I've had. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and — most importantly — completely transparent. No hidden fees, no shady upsells, no pressure. After a few bad experiences at other rental companies, that alone was a huge relief.
The staff were genuinely friendly and made me feel well taken care of from start to finish. I picked up a brand new car, which was the cherry on top.
Highly recommend — 5 stars without hesitation!

Paperwork was handled quickly and the staff was friendly. The vehicle could have been a bit cleaner, but otherwise everything was fine.

Good rental
The office at Bari airport is located a few kilometres from the airport but there is a shuttle service there. The office is at a small gas station, did not look too professional but everything worked out just fine!

CAREFUL!!! insurance extra charges!!! DO NOT USE
Pick up took a long time (considering it was after 9pm and there was nobody on the road). When at the office we were pressured to sign the docs asap otherwise the system would have charged 60euros of late fees. Meanwhile the guys kept mentioning we needed to pay 2 charges, and we were assured it was for the deposit. We also checked the insurance we bought with the originally booking was valid which he confirmed. We then noticed ax extra charge on our credit card of £400. At pick up a colleague advised it was probably due to him adding a platinum casco insurance which we never requested, but by doing so he did us a "favour" cos the deposit was cheaper, despite we never asked for it!!! She also offered to look into it with his colleague the following day and to let us know on the same afternoon (being 9th of April). Guess what? Today is the 14th and still no call... surprise surprise! Now we opened 2 complaints and a dispute with our bank. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM!!!

Simple and fast - pickup and drop-off
No problem, car was ready, clean, keys returned to the mailbox - no problem. Overall, I recommend it.
