Quick and efficient pick up and drop…
Quick and efficient pick up and drop off. Car was clean and worked fine. Location near the airport easy to find with google maps and shuttle bus available straight away for a short trip to the terminal. Holding deposit released immediately on return of car. Would definitely use again.

Satisfied
The rental service went very smoothly. Checking in was very convenient, even knowing that we came earlier agreed time, it took up to 20 min. Checking out also fast, simple, without any discrepencies. The car was reneted through Discover Cars with full insurance, so the service desk ensured all what was approved. Car was clean and new.

Friendly car rental, reliable cars
The car was picked up and returned quickly. The airport shuttle is a very useful service because the office is further away from the terminal. We got a brand new car, which was a bit stressful in the Naples traffic, but it held its own among the thousands of other Pandas. Get into the rhythm of the traffic and look ahead! :-)

Car is OK, debit card doubles the price with extra insurance
Rental in palermo port : car is OK, some scratches here and there but recent and reliable. Be sure to have a CREDIT card or you will be forced to buy the full cover insurance (even if you already have a full cover insuarance from dicovercars or similar). this extra insurance almost doubles the price of the rental (~30€/day for a VW polo)

Very helpful and polite staff! Deposit was reasonable and DEBIT cards were accepted!
Fast service and brand new car! Adding the full extra insurance, you don’t have to worry about anything as they informed us and especially if you visit places like Amalfi, I’d strongly suggest to add that insurance!
We’re absolutely satisfied by the company and we’d suggest that!

Booking was simple, unlimited mileage an advantage.
Some waiting time at pick-up is to be expected. Advice: if you're not sure to be able to return the car on time, book straight away an additional day, rather than paying extra on the day of return (which was almost the same amount as for my 5 day rental...)
