The car had a lot of bruises already…
The car had a lot of bruises already and when returning it, the clerk insisted on having found yet another one. The insurance paid more than 400 EUR for light scratche on the edge of the drivers door and I doubt that the repair was executed. So it all just seemed a way of making money by making up damages, that don't exist. Unfortunately there was no way for us to solve it since we had to catch a flight.

Everything was good. Ones to improve, in my opinion, car could be better. I mean, stronger for 3 personel, I asked and better car suspension. . Especially, I had dificulties to get to Etna.

The transfers from the airport to the office and back were perfectly organised. The car was great and in excellent condition. staff could be more supportive and clear in explaining before hand the procedure required to check in.
The vehicle provided was not at its best shape: scratched, dirty and with no water for wipers.

We were given the location where to…
We were given the location where to pickup and the car stood ready for us. Because of the online checkin we quickly could drive away. It was almost new and was driving well.
On the inside however the car could have been more clean.
Drop off went also quickly. Thanks automania!

We were very happy with our rental from Automania. The car was reasonably priced, the pickup location was very convenient for the airport, the company offers on-line check-in which made picking up the car very simple and they provided a good car, exactly as shown on the booking. The only commet we would make is that returning the car outside office hours meant leaving the car and posting the keys in the letterbox. However, we were contacted as soon as the office opened to assure us that the car was fine.

The check-in and the delivery of the…
The check-in and the delivery of the car was efficient and easy. The car was effective but the inner Lightning didn’t work. We got small problems with a tire who lost air while driving and we had to put some extra air several time: I mentionned it during the check-out.
The check-out was in a rush as they needed the car and had other clients waiting ( we returned the car at 8:30 as we were asked, Just fair enough)
We waited 30 min for the shuttle to bring us to the airport….the shuttle service is definetly the weak point and less efficient of the whole organisation.

The car was in a very bad condition
The car was in a very bad condition. Brakes not working properly, old tires, no water for windscreen, too many bumps and scratches. Furthermore, an unusual list of penalty charges (eg 18,50 € for leaving thrash in the car.) Not a good experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, a well-maintained and seemingly new car, and an easily accessible office—even though it’s located off-site. There were absolutely no issues with picking up the car outside regular business hours or returning it. And all of this at a great price.

Good price in comparison to Sicily by Car, which I used in the past. Location almost the same. Car was OK and staff very nice. The only issue was lack of car, but I arrived one hour earlier to pick up, so I had to wait. Anyway I recommend Automania :)
