Hours of effort for a simple problem!
I wanted to make a simple change (increase annual mileage) to my car insurance. The company is totally adverse to speaking to a human and directs you firstly to online help that has limited brainless fixed options. I then connected to a chat line which after 20 minutes disconnected with no progress and on a second attempt the chat line confirmed the change and cost. Some days later I had received no confirmation or policy changes. I then called the EMERGENCY accident only telephone number and amazingly got through to an advisor who made the changes.

Existing Aviva Policy holder
Had an existing Aviva Zero Car Ins policy up for renewal and the new quote was higher than previous year. Did comparison quotes, on Confused.com a better spec Aviva policy was still £25 cheaper, so tried to purchase it.
The Aviva process initially stopped my purchase, told me I had to ring them. I then had to spend an hour on the phone trying to find someone who could help.
