I must say I was very disappointed that the handle broke on my suitcase that was less than 3 years old and hadn’t gone on all that many trips. But that being said, a new handle was shipped out immediately, arrived quickly, in time for the next trip, and was quite easy to install

I ordered a wheel replacement kit for my suitcase thinking it came with a replacement for all 4. away sent me a replacement for only 2 wheels.

I filed a claim after using my carry-on bag only once because the zipper pull broke, and I was quickly sent a replacement. Over the years, I’ve struggled with spending more on luggage because higher-priced bags never seemed to last any longer than cheaper ones. This experience completely changed my perspective and made me a loyal customer. I already have a larger bag in my cart waiting to purchase!

The Away suitcase I’ve had since 2018 cracked on my last cross country trip. I wrote customer service with a photo of the crack to ask about possible repairs, and they sent me a new suitcase three days later. It was above and beyond service and made me even more enthusiastic about the company than I already was. Thanks Away for a great product and great service.

Very easy to figure out how to file the claim and file the claim itself. Company responded fairly quickly and honoured the warranty policy, even allowing me to replace with a slight upgrade. Sad that the lifetime warranty has been discontinued though!
