Absolutely terrible experience. I would strongly advise never buying anything from Axore.
The phone arrived already broken, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a refurbished device. Even worse than the defective product was the customer service, which was shockingly bad. Communication was slow, evasive, and unprofessional. It felt like they were doing everything possible not to help.
Instead of taking responsibility, the seller appeared to downplay or hide existing damage and made false claims to shift the blame onto the customer. Clear issues were dismissed, and the explanations given were inconsistent and unbelievable. This felt less like a mistake and more like an attempt to cover up defects. Broken product, very poor communication, misleading statements, and zero accountability. This shop cannot be trusted. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere.
I received a broken phone. The battery didn't charge. It has caused a lot of hassle and worry for me to have to send the phone back, and then I have been waiting a long time, and have therefore not had a working phone for several weeks. Now, after waiting a month, they are offering me a refund. This is not acceptable. I do not trust them, and I would at least have expected some kind of compensation for all the trouble.
I decided in dec. 2024 to buy from Axore via the Refurbed.de platform a refurbished iPhone 11 with the highest quality level “Excellent”, i.e., with a brand-new battery and a brand-new screen. Only 6 weeks later, when the phone was just sitting on my desk and the battery was about 70% charged, the iPhone suddenly stopped working and couldn’t restart. After sending it back to Axore in Italy for repair or exchange for free, they told me that the iPhone was unfortunately not covered under warranty as it has an external defect. There is indeed an external crack in the casing but this crack cannot be the cause of the failure, as this crack appeared very early after having purchased the iPhone and the iPhone worked many weeks without any problems with this external defect. After Refurbed and therefore Axore refused to help me in any way, I contacted Apple directly in mid-February 2025 to get a diagnosis of the device and an estimate for its possible repair. This diagnosis shows (1) that the new display installed by Axore was assembled without adhesive so that it wobbles in its housing, as does the battery as well, and the inside of the device is consequently no longer waterproof, (2) that several components were replaced with components that are not original from Apple so that a repair by Apple is not possible anymore and (3) that, contrary to Refurbed's or Axore’s statement, the external visible crack in the housing is only of an optical, but not functional nature. It is therefore obvious from this Apple diagnosis that the way the Axore team refurbished the iPhone was not professional at all and that this is the sole and only reason why the iPhone is now not only defective but also totally irreparable. This irreparability has since been confirmed to me by other repair shops. I sent the report from Apple with the diagnosis to Axore via Refurbed and again asked them to refund the 377 Euro the iPhone had cost me in full, which they categorically refuse again to do. As I read more reviews about Refurbed and Axore, I realized, unfortunately too late, that I was not the only one who faced this bad experience. In fact, Axore systematically refers to external defects such as scratches, and hides behind its warranty conditions to refuse to accept any claim. I therefore strongly advise everyone to refrain from buying any refurbished device from these untruthful companies.
Bad quality products. If you will face any problems after 30 days not possible to return product. You will have to make 10 pictures to prove that product don't have any scratches jusr for them to take it back and fix even tho problems was with phones audio. And microphone. You will be left for weeks without product.

The device stopped working. I have contacted AXORE since the device is still under warranty. AXORE has asked me (they said I MUST) first to reset and delete everything on my phone and then to send it back, which I think was totally unfair and unnecessary because it was not my fault that device just stopped working. It looks to me like they're avoiding repairing it even though it's still under warranty because they know almost everyone in such a case will not accept erasing all the data on the phone.
Stay away from these guys!
Axore sold me a Iphone X where the cable inside was bent 7(!) times. This eventually resulted in s broken unit.
When I opened the unit at the local store I saw this and reported it.
They take no responibilty for this at all.
A monkey would have done a better job puting things back in the phone.
If you think Axore knows how to put a phone together, here is a BIG warning.
NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UD WITH USELESS PRODUCTS AND HASSELS FOR TRYING TO GET THEM TO RESPECT THE WARRENTY!

Axore refuses to respect the warranty on a Note 20 that they have repaired with useless aftermarket parts. The screen separated from the back plate and Axore will not refund the money since it happened a few weeks after i received it. No external damage has been done by me (never got the chance to use it properly)
They are horrible scammers and use suspicion as a reason to deny warranty. Do NOT buy from Axore

Il mio iPhone in condizioni "eccellenti" è arrivato con un display e un caricabatterie non originali non dichiarati. In una delle fotocamere c'era molta polvere, rendendola inutilizzabile. Quando l'ho restituito ad Axore per la garanzia, misteriosamente la fotocamera in questione si è rotta quando è arrivata da loro. Solo quella fotocamera, ovviamente, senza un singolo graffio nuovo sul resto del telefono. Hanno sostenuto di potermi dare solo un rimborso parziale poiché non rientrava nella garanzia. Che scherzo!

iPhone in “excellent” condition arrived with undisclosed aftermarket display. There was loads of dust in one of the cameras, making it unusable. When I sent it back to Axore for the warranty the camera in question magically broke when it arrived with them. Just the camera in question of course, not a single new scratch on the rest of the phone. So they claimed they could only give me a partial refund as that was not covered by warranty. What a joke!
I feel bad for the next person getting that phone- don’t buy from them!

Ordered a Samsung s22+ and only after a month my screen starts glitching. I didnt drop it on the ground or in water, it just randomly started glitching and now my screen isn't working.

Bought an I-phone 12. It was malfunctioning within 3 months. The battery started swelling and would only operate for a few hours. Due to the swelling the screen started to bend and extract from the casing
Unfortunately I dropped it (in a case and screen protector) before my return shipment. The screen did not function any longer, so no guarantee at all.
I would understand damaging the screen is my own fault (however the extraction of the screen from the casing did not help with the impact), however the battery would never be my fault. Swelling of batteries is product malfunctioning non-related to usage.
Lost 400 euro’s or so. Would never buy again from refurbed and certainly not Axore.
PS: I received a US I-phone so imagine were your stuff is coming from and how many times it has been ‘refurbed’ . The stuff is simply past due date and you do not receive original equipment. Adapter, screen, battery, replacement is secondary stuff. You even receive notifications at the time of first start-up of your device that non-original stuff is used in your I-phone.

A few days later however my volume button stopped working. I made a complaint and was quickly given return instructions.
They sent me a replacement, which came fairly quickly; and I am completely satisfied with this one. It’s a refurbed phone so of course it will not be the same as out of the box. It looks and feels great though.
The customer service was very good - very pleasant and willing to help.
I purchased a phone from this company through Refurbed, and I was worried about this company after reading the other reviews on Trustpilot.
I decided to send back the phone I bought because on my settings it said that it wasn't clear if the display was an original Apple display, and it was always coming up as a red signal. I was concerned about it causing me issues in the future, although Axore assured me that it wouldn't. I do not know whether it would have done or not, but I decided to return the phone for this reason, and also for the fact that the phone was just too large for me.
Otherwise the phone was in excellent condition, and I was happy with it.
The return process was easy and relatively simple (after I made sure to just to go to an EXPRESS DHL point! made an a mistake there... ) and they refunded me promptly. So overall the process was smooth and the customer team were friendly and helpful.
Fast and easy proceeding with the return of an iPhone bought via Refurbed (due to reasons not associated with the vendor).
I bought a Samsung A70 from them in 2021 through refurbed. The screen stopped working for no reason, which is something that can happen, I don't hold them responsible for that. When I bought, I got a warranty extension for 36 months so wanted them to fix it. For over a month now we've been exchanging back and forth and they are making it very very very difficult. First they say that if I can't reset my phone to factory setting they can't fix it, but I don't have a screen so I cant do that. Then I send 2 pictures showing the phone is in good shape but they ignore them and ask for pictures again. Then they ask for my password, which is OK, but weird. Then they closed the ticket because I didnt have time to write them for 2 weeks. Then I reopened the ticket and they asked for pictures again. I sent new ones and now they're calling dirt and light reflections halos and arguing that the phone must have been in water. Clearly they just don't want to fix the screen at this point, but I paid for a warranty...
I don't recommend buying from them. Careful if you buy on refurbed, check the merchant first
