They didnt help at all

They didnt help at all. Literally didnt read anything I said, sent me information on something I didnt ask about and disconnected and now I have to redo it all over again?? Wont be buying from this site again, this is ridiculous.

Kevin did excellent

Kevin did excellent, the lost of points aren’t because of him but rather the system for getting help. I was in queue for more than an hour cycling thru 10 people to eventually get to first and crap out. Other than that great help from Kevin.

System wait time after connection

Tasha was very helpful and completed all items, I would give her five stars, but the wait time after the chat was connected and beginning the verification was quite long.

Carlita was wonderful to talk with

Carlita was wonderful to talk with. She handled everything with knowledge and respect. She was able to resolve my problems with purchased tickets through the app with ease and we had a great conversation while fixing the issue. Amazing customer support!! Thanks so much!

Quick service and kind agent!

The agent was super nice and helpful!! He made the process very simple and easy, which I really appreciate, and he was able to help me purchase tickets I had been having trouble with online. Also, I barely had to wait to be helped!

The tickets cannot be accepted to me

The tickets cannot be accepted to me and my account, the order number on the email is not validated and cannot be found on the axs website or page. the link is a picture of a ticket in another persons name and clearly says it is not accepted because it’s just a picture. I have also confirmed with the Baltimore orioles and mlb that the tickets are not accepted and would not have worked at the park. The Orioles and mlb also do not have a record of these tickets listed for sale on or through axs. Axs is refusing to acknowledge the link is not correct, the seats are not correct and the tickets are not able to be accepted and transferred to me. They refuse to provide a supervisor and refuse to do anything other than take money and sell bad tickets and give you the runaround.

Account changes (email address) are painful to get fixed

I purchased tickets to a show about 18 months ago. The show was postponed for one year. In the meantime, my email address changed, and I do not have access to my old email. Your helper email and live chat options definitely need some upgrades. My issue was marked as solved a few times, and it was not solved. At the end of it all, my issue was fixed, and I got to see the show.

Kiara P is the nice

Man, Kiara P came through for real. She was quick with the replies, kept it respectful, and made sure everything got handled without giving me the runaround. Real solid customer service from start to finish.

AXS need more people like Kiara. She definitely deserve some recognition—and real talk, she deserve a raise. Appreciate you for the help!

I listed two tickets for sale yet they…

I listed two tickets for sale yet they are not showing as available on AXS. Agents on chat gave me the runaround but couldn’t answer why this was occurring and weren’t able to research and resolve the issue. Unsatisfactory service for a longstanding customer, which will result in unnecessary financial loss.
