Kevin did excellent, the lost of points aren’t because of him but rather the system for getting help. I was in queue for more than an hour cycling thru 10 people to eventually get to first and crap out. Other than that great help from Kevin.

AXS sent a refund notice for an event…
AXS sent a refund notice for an event postponed for over 1 year but because I bought the ticket through Stub Hub AXS refused to honor their email for a refund.

The agent was super nice and helpful!! He made the process very simple and easy, which I really appreciate, and he was able to help me purchase tickets I had been having trouble with online. Also, I barely had to wait to be helped!
The tickets cannot be accepted to me
The tickets cannot be accepted to me and my account, the order number on the email is not validated and cannot be found on the axs website or page. the link is a picture of a ticket in another persons name and clearly says it is not accepted because it’s just a picture. I have also confirmed with the Baltimore orioles and mlb that the tickets are not accepted and would not have worked at the park. The Orioles and mlb also do not have a record of these tickets listed for sale on or through axs. Axs is refusing to acknowledge the link is not correct, the seats are not correct and the tickets are not able to be accepted and transferred to me. They refuse to provide a supervisor and refuse to do anything other than take money and sell bad tickets and give you the runaround.

Account changes (email address) are painful to get fixed
I purchased tickets to a show about 18 months ago. The show was postponed for one year. In the meantime, my email address changed, and I do not have access to my old email. Your helper email and live chat options definitely need some upgrades. My issue was marked as solved a few times, and it was not solved. At the end of it all, my issue was fixed, and I got to see the show.

Agents on chat gave me the runaround but couldn’t answer why this was occurring and weren’t able to research and resolve the issue. Unsatisfactory service for a longstanding customer, which will result in unnecessary financial loss.
