AXS tickers via ticket fulfillment is scam. I never received my tickets nor a refund for my purchase of $372. I disputed my claim and they lied and said the service was provided. I warn you be careful of this company I the email proving the tickets were cancelled by AXS .. also.

Bought tickets to a Marshall Tucker…

Bought tickets to a Marshall Tucker Band concert in Royal Oak, MI. A week later, the concert is postponed indefinitely. Months go by, and AXS still hasn't rescheduled or refunded ticket money. Now they don't even acknowledge customers who bought tickets. Sent several messages to the company, never heard back from them until I contacted my credit card company for a refund. Then AXS contacts me and asks if I'm happy with their customer service! Lol. They suck
