AXS Totally Let Me Down
My AXS experience as of late has been subpar at best. I hopped in the waiting room at 9:30 sharp for Ella Langley “Artist Presale” tickets on two separate devices - one for each available date. At 10AM, I got in what seemed to be the tail end of the queue on both devices (figures). I meticulously waited it out for over an hour on each, only to receive the message, “There has been an error with your queue number. Sorry. Please click the button below to re-enter the queue AT THE END OF THE LINE!!”. I went through the same process the next day for the general presale, but didn’t have to wait AS long, because it was pretty instantly SOLD OUT. What a joke!
Separately, I changed ISPs & now AXS is COMPLETELY blocked via website or App (it flags as bot activity). I submitted ticket about a week ago with detailed info. After a handful of times going back & forth, and their requests for info Id already detailed, I FINALLY got a technical reason for the block that I can go to my ISP with.
I know there are issues all around, but I’ve had much better luck with Live Nation/ Ticketmaster. It’s never flat out said, “Whoops! Our bad. Back of the line loser!”

Very negative experience overall. I don't understand the point of a live chat that simply redirects to a phone number - a literal waste of time.
Difficult Transfer Process, but Excellent Live Support
The whole system is insanely infuriating but I'm finally glad I got someone live to assist. I wish that process alone was easy to do but once I was able to connect with a rep, my issue was resolved quickly and easiy.
New customer service who actually care
My event was unfortunately postponed, and despite purchasing ticket insurance, I was initially informed that I had to wait for the new event date. After a year and four months, I reached out to support, and I was promptly greeted by Monae Lewis. Monae was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately, which was a huge relief after this long and frustrating process. I had essentially given up on the hundreds of dollars I had spent and on AXS in general, but I will now go back to using their service knowing that they finally have some great customer service supporting their customers.

I bought 2 tickets from ticketscenter. Never got the tickets. They wanted me to load axs app. It will not load on my phone. Ticketscenter will not refund or resend tickets because they came from axs. Axs.com will not give me a refund or send the tickets t my phone. This is so wrong.

Good customer service experience

TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!!! Trying to purchase with a pre sale code that will not work on AXS app. Have been on the chat/help 3 different times now and none of the agents have helped accomplish anything. Now can't even get back into my account because it's saying my log in information is wrong, even though it is the same information I've put in multiple times through this now going on 2+ hour ordeal. So ridiculous that this is what we have to go through now just to purchase tickets. Guess we just won't be going to this concert now unless we want to DRIVE to Las Vegas and purchase the tickets!
App Failures Cost Me Money
App failed while trying to transfer or sell tickets, couldn’t send a screenshot to friends, etc. customer service was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. Would not recommend to anyone.
AXS doesn't work via Xfinity
I have Xfinity as my ISP, but I wasn't able to log in after registering. The website told me to turn off my VPN, even though I'm not using one. I contacted support, and they said they website cannot work with Xfinity(???) and suggested that I use a cellular network instead to access their website.
