Poor communication, tracking number didn't work, when inquired as to carrier generic message was sent, when asked for refund no reply was given. "We respond instantly" has been no contact for well over a week. Disputed with PayPal.

Don't waste your time with this site. I spent quite a bit of money for some good quality lingerie from them and it is garbage. The pictures do not match the product that you are ordering so please don't waste your time. You can buy better quality stuff on Amazon... very disappointing to wait a month for what I got! I was actually looking forward to this purchase and it was TERRIBLE!!!

The choices are pretty great quality, i found a few bags that my daughters would love, i would definitely recommend this sight to my friends, they have great discounts@

I bought one item to see the quality before I bought a whole bunch of things. For "priority express" shipping it, still took 4 weeks to arrive. Customer service takes ages to get back to you and it was just a frustrating experience. When it did finally arrive, well... The fit is awful, very cheap quality, doesn't sit at all like the picture and 100% going straight to the bin. Don't bother purchasing

I think the company is a fraud. I ordered may 30th and never got my items and they sent a fake shipping tracking number
