I ordered a few different sizes and styles since it was my first experience with Azaria. Sadly, nothing fit and I have been trying to return my order #2157 for weeks now. The customer service phone number doesn't work and no one will reply to my emails to set up a return for my order via the returns email adress or the customer service email. This has been an incredibly frustrating process and I'm scared I won't be able to get my money back.

Terrible, this isn’t what I ordered. They sent me the item in a completely different color. Customer service responded by saying that the shade was slightly off...stating that if I wanted a refund, I’d have to cover the shipping cost to send it back to China.

The product is of the best quality and definitely worth the price. It is incredibly fashionable that never goes out of trend and amazingly comfortable to wear at the same time. Quality is extremely poor. I bought a bra with straps across the bust and the straps on one of the cups was uneven. The construction of the accompanying panties was also terrible. The hem on the elastic was sloppy/fraying and the stitching of the tag was uneven. Despite their claim that the clothing is made from “Sustainably sourced materials” it is obvious that the clothes are clearly made by exploited laborers in China. And their return process is not “super easy,” as they claim. I would have to pay out of pocket to ship the item to China. Even though it’s allegedly an LA company.
