Worst online shopping experience ever. Same as a lot of people here, received a poor quality product that didn’t fit. Cost £36.46, first they offered me £6 to keep them, then £5(what a joke it went down!), then £10 and told me “It will cost you too much to send the item back to us“ as they process their returns in China. After trying to get them to let me return the product for 2 months via their customer service I decided to go through PayPal to get my money back. I’m lucky I paid through PayPal, wish I had looked the site up first! What a waste of my time and money. I also checked and I can no longer access my account with them surprise surprise...
My advice: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I sent in an order on November 26, 2018 and they accepted my payment right away, I have not been informed that my item was ever shipped, I have sent two emails and still no response as soon as I receive my Visa bill I'm going to charge back. Horrible service!

I wished I could give them 0 star! It takes forever to get your order, then you will receive some crap! Never buy stuff from this fraud company if you value your time and dont want to argue with them every day after 3 months you placed your order.

Took forever to get my order, then received cheap, crappy apparel. The site wants you to download a return form, but then says the site can't be reached! Do not order from this company!!

I was foolish enough to place an order from this website..I wish I researched them before I did so.
They sent me such an awful quality sweater, nothing like it was on the picture. I'm trying to return it, asking their customer service for the full refund, I'm willing to pay for the shipment, but they are not responding.

Ordered ballet slippers for my granddaughter and luckily used PayPal. I've not received any confirmation yet I see from my PayPal that they have received the money. Contacting PayPal today to cancel and get my money back. None of their email addresses seem to be working.

Same thing happened to me that has happened to many others I’ve read on this site. Order the product, got it didn’t fit /it was crappy, tried to send it back had to email several times finally responding to me saying $15 you can keep it $20 you can keep them and I’m threatening all my money back I’m calling the police. We shall see ...

Don't do it. They will rip you off. The clothes are poor quality. They have no customer number to call which is the first red flag.

I'm thinking some people may not understand how long orders from overseas can take. I'm one of those people,I "jumped the gun" so to speak.i was very angry my order took forever. I'm tracking it so it's coming. I feel a little better about them. We'll see when my dress comes.this is my first order from them. Just a tip, order early for events.2 to 3 months ahead.

They never responded to any messages. They sent the dress One week after the event. The color was off and the dress was made diferent in the back...$70 Lesson Learned!!...Beware!

I ordered a dress for my daughters graduation and received it on time and the quality is horrible. Worse i have ever seen. It's like the bottom is made out of trash bag material. Don't order from this company! Wish I would have saw these reviews before ordering from them.

I ordered a dress off of Pinterest featured by Azbro. Initially it said the dress would be delivered in 7 days, I am still waiting three (almost four) weeks later. I received an email saying the item was out of stock, I can understand that. Later, I received two very unreadable emails regarding my package, but couldn't read the format. I asked that they be sent in a better format, and got nothing. I replied to them that I would cancel my order if I dint get a reply, nothing....crickets. I just told them I'm canceling my order and I would never order from them again.....crickets. I contacted hy credit card company and am requesting charges to be refunded.

Interestingly, I went on the website and tried to l get onto the website to track my package that way and the website won't load. When we go through Pinterest, as I originally did, the "azbro" site takes u too an identical looking, but differently named website. I smell a scam, especially with no communication. I have nothing against any company wherever they operate, as long as I get good customer service and a good product. I got neither with azbro, so, no I would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Wherther it's a scam or just really poor organization, it's not worth the money.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars because his company is a complete scam! I thought they were legitimate since Pinterest advertises them but they took my money and never sent my order then I tried several times to contact customer service and received a message beginning with “hey dear”. They told me to check the post office for my package which was a complete load of crap. Do not order from this site!!! IT IS A SCAM. Just wish I would’ve read reviews prior to ordering.

I really wish I had found these reviews before ordering - I placed an order for some shoes over two weeks ago but only received an email to confirm they had been shipped a few days ago. I have emailed a few times to chase an update or request the order is cancelled and refunded but clearly that’s never going to happen - not based on their consistently poor service. The whole thing is a sham, appears to be based in the US yet everything is coming from China and the communications are poor, I don’t take well to a company beginning their emails ‘Hi Dear’.

Azbro is a horrible site!! DO NOT order from them. Service is horrible! I would have to send multiple emails to get a hold of customer service. Fit or color of clothes is not close to what the website shows. To make a return you have to ship to some odd address in China and they would only do partial refund of $11 even when their stuff is like crap or we have to cover shipping! Scam!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I tried numerous times to return items to them which proved very difficult to get an address. They told me to donate the items to charity, over £85 pounds worth!? I eventually got an address in China and sent the items back, costing over £25 postage. I never heard another thing from this company

I am out of pocket by over £100, they are a bunch of robbers!

Returns are a scam. Tried to give me compensation of £3 pounds ... and then £4. When I refused they told me I’d have to ship it to China - which would cost about the same as the item of clothing. And they would not pay for customs fees so I would have to pick the mail service carefully.

Horrible experience. I ordered Weroa.com and long behold their link to Azbro.com. paid for rush shipping still no shipping info. I emailed them over 4 times no response. I am extremely mad because I spent over a 100 for a dress and haven't heard anything. I brought the dress on wednesday and by Thursday they took the money out my account. I wanted to wear the dress to a important event and now I can't go and I'm out a 100 buck plus the out of country Visa fee.. Never order from Weroa.com or Azbro.com
