Brilliant service from an ISP that has directly responded to specific requests from me to adapt its service to meet my needs with personal technical support, all for free. The synchronous upload/download @1Gbps for the price is in my knowledge unmatched.B4RN does however need to remind customers in its service area of the unique form of its package if it is not to lose out to competing offers just on price; not all fibre is equal.

From the very start with working within the neighbourhood to get vouchers through to the first switch on, B4RN has been supportive, encouraging and professional. Through the build, Team B4RN worked swiftly and tidily, causing very little disruption even when roads and footpaths had to be utilised for the fibre feed, unlike Fibrus which is chaos personified. Since the switch on, the service has run faultlessly. The one hiccough was when a neighbour, whose land our fibre ran via a way leave, put a spade through the fibre planting a tree. B4RN was out within 24 hours to replace and connect. Stunning service. B4RN is the gold standard in full, fast fibre installation.

Excellent experience with this company. Very responsive and helpful on the phone. They came to fit my broadband very promptly and did a speedy and thorough job. The wifi has been strong and consistent and the monthly price very reasonable. Highly recommended.

It has been very reliable, good value and honest in it's dealings. There, in my opinion, a better ISP then B4RN in the UK. Fast, storm-proof and power-cut-proof This is the future of rural community internet.

B4RN provides us with exceptional broadband speeds. When something goes wrong they fix it quickly.

Quick, efficient and personal service. The technician was patient as I am an older woman and not so computer savvy as a younger generation. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in a short time. We were amazed how he knew how many devices we were using and was able to detect the problem quite quickly.

Great service. Any technical matters have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Technical support team are friendly and helpful.

I am totally satisfied with your service

Our community broadband is first class and we feel confident in the service we get from B4RN. We have our VOIP service as well and enjoy the ability to call mobiles and international calls as part of the package.

Very fast and reliable

It may be our range extenders but we get an awful lot of signal drop out that we didn't get with BT
