Excellent Service and Helpline. Ian in particular was knowledgeable, informative and took time to explain the problem, along with creating a solution. B4RN fibre network on a rural community is so vital. To put things in perspective I have more speed and bandwidth in to my rural home that the multi million pound company I work for!!

We have been lucky enough to have had B4RN for 12 years now. I can honestly say it’s the best internet provider I have ever had. It’s so quick and amazing value for money. We had one issue over the years with a piece of equipment and it was immediately dealt with by friendly and helpful staff. I can’t praise enough!
I love that it’s a community project. That we all came together to dig for it and everyone helped. The bigger picture of ensuring rural communities have connection and information-

Super fast and super reliable broadband. I've been with B4RN for several years having helped to dig in the fibre ducting for our village. The day we moved from our 2Mbps BT connection, to a 1Gbps connection with B4RN was a revelation. The B4RN team are very helpful too.

Everything has been exactly as advertised and promised. The speeds have never faltered from the top rate @ the router. My internal wifi has, as a result of the higher speeds previously experienced from other suppliers, has been much better, faster and more reliable through my internal booster system. We receive updates on any planned outages which are adheared to in terms of time etc. Price has only risen slightly since our installation. The service and assistance from the office and the local support group has been beyond first class. I would most certainky recommend B4RN to anyone who is looking at the potential switch from other providers. All in all, highly recommended.

The internet works fine and never had a problem since was installed.

B4RN has brought ultra-fast broadband to rural areas ignored by the large broadband providers.I have experienced no unscheduled loss of service in the 7+yrs that the service has been available. Locally when a farmer has inadvertantly damaged the cable B4RN engineers have sorted the problem out within hours rather than the days and weeks that the large providers take. B4RN is vital for rural communities.

Very responsive to queries with a real person in the UK who knows what thy are talking about. Reliable and quick broadband.

Brilliant service from an ISP that has directly responded to specific requests from me to adapt its service to meet my needs with personal technical support, all for free. The synchronous upload/download @1Gbps for the price is in my knowledge unmatched.B4RN does however need to remind customers in its service area of the unique form of its package if it is not to lose out to competing offers just on price; not all fibre is equal.

From the very start with working within the neighbourhood to get vouchers through to the first switch on, B4RN has been supportive, encouraging and professional. Through the build, Team B4RN worked swiftly and tidily, causing very little disruption even when roads and footpaths had to be utilised for the fibre feed, unlike Fibrus which is chaos personified. Since the switch on, the service has run faultlessly. The one hiccough was when a neighbour, whose land our fibre ran via a way leave, put a spade through the fibre planting a tree. B4RN was out within 24 hours to replace and connect. Stunning service. B4RN is the gold standard in full, fast fibre installation.
