I placed an order 9 days ago. Expected delivery is 1-3 working days. I have still not received my order and emails have gone unanswered. Like other reviewers this seems to happen a lot. Do not order from this website.

Ordered a Sun Hat back in December from Babita for our daughter for our recent holiday which never arrived. I have emailed the company several times with no response. I have also written to them and had no reply. There is no phone number listed so can't reach them by any other means. So they have my money and I still don't have the item I ordered, and doesn't look like I will be getting it or my money back. Terrible company - wish I'd seen these previous reviews before ordering. AVOID!

Arrived quick ant the colorland rucksack was really good quality. Happy shopper

Received a faulty bag with broken zips which was also the wrong colour. The company only allows a return if you get a returns number from them. Unfortunately they have not responded to any communication via email, their website or letter as there is no phone number on the website. Very unprofessional. Still determined to get the problem sorted out.

Would I trust them? No!

Ordered my bag a month ago. They sent the wrong colour. I emailed the support email, which states 24/7...emailed the alternative option and a week later I received a response. They were very professional and apologised for the error and offered a refund or to send the correct bag when it arrives in stock a week later.

One month on and I’ve emailed on 4 more occasions, none of which they have responsed to. I now have no refund or the item I actually ordered.

My mum bought me a bag from babita for Christmas. Within 2 days it had ripped along the seam. Emailed 3 times to get a replacement with a photo. Still no response. Please stay away from this website.

Do not use this company!! Made an order January 1st. It never arrived despite taking payment and they’ve never responded to my emails. Either completely fake company or just total disregard for customers.

Received faulty bag from babita which came with instructions from China and no method to return! I have emailed the company numerous times but have had zero response. I would stay away from this company

I ordered a bag last Monday. On the website it states 1-3 day shipping. I didn’t pay for next day delivery because I didn’t think I needed to.
I received confirmation that I would get a txt to advise when the bag was on its way.
It is now 7 days later and I have still heard nothing.
I have emailed the company 3 times and still I have had no response.
So I have had no contact, no response and no delivery.
The only way to contact is by email.
Not a happy customer currently.

I think this website is fake, i’ve Ordered one bag , over a week ago and I still didn’t received , I also wrote to them lots of emails, same result no response... I am so disappointed, I will call my bank and accuse them for fraud

Bought a bag from this website. Everything seemed to go through and my money was taken, however I received no dispatch confirmation. The website promised a response to emails within 24 hours however I sent two and received no response and started fearing it was a fake website as there is no contact phone number. In the end my bag turned up, on the Thursday after ordering on a Saturday and is as described on the website! Overall I’m pleased with the product but not with the communication. That said for the price I would order from this website again.
