They shipped a used pillow. Had hairs and dirt and smelled like marijuana. Disgusting.

Ordered these leggings in the wrong size and asked if I could exchange for a bigger size. They were so helpful and got me sorted with no issues. The leggings are great quality and customer service is fantastic! Highly recommend!

I was scammed by this company. They claimed to send me a pillow, which was never delivered. When I confronted them, they sent me an obviously AI generated photo to try to prove it was delivered when it wasn’t. The photo had half a dozen things obviously fake it it (eg, screen door opens in the wrong direction and opposite from my front door). The company has subsequently sent me ab email asking me to spend more money to “fix” the problem instead of giving me a refund. Red flags everywhere. Don’t get scammed like me.

I absolutely love my Baby Bub pillows. They provide the perfect amount of support and comfort, and they’ve significantly improved my sleep quality. I was also very impressed with the customer service. When my original order was lost in transit, Rachel and Patricia from customer care responded quickly and resolved the issue without hassle. I totally love and want to support this company. They are extremely honorable, honest, generous, and supportive. Even though my wife was having trouble with this product, they were able to comp me to allow her to have time to use it when she needs to. Their customer service is also top-notch and above my expectations. They reply fast and resolve my issues quickly and then some.

Though in all honesty, their product and emphasis on this: may not be for everybody. I urge everyone to try it out, given that they have a 90-day money-back guarantee, and see if it's for you.

My wife did say the belly support is helpful for travel, but the other pillows aren't that helpful. She does agree, though, that the belly support is helpful and comfortable. However, she will mostly use it during travel rather than at home.

The purchase has been one of the best during my pregnancy - I use this pillow every night and it has immensely improved my sleep. I also bring it when I travel, it’s so easy to pack. Can’t recommend this enough. It gives perfect support for my lower back and under my belly.

No question, this pillow is amazing! I got it early at 10 weeks and I am so glad I did. Many more uses than just sleeping, i use it all the time for reading in bed- propped against the pillows for extra support, the little bolster pillow my new best friend, I even shove it between my boobs when they feel so heavy at night. Put the two halves together for sexy time and you have a hip lift.... thank me later for that one.

I have gone back and forth with BabyBub for 2 weeks. I never got my pillow and the courier they use lost my package. I have asked that just another pillow be sent so I can be comfortable (which is why I ordered it) and whatever shows up I will just ship back. They do not prioritize or support the comfortability of the pregnant mother.

Updated: After going back and forth with 3 different people and asking multiple times for a new pillow to be sent, BabyBub did finally get someone to send out a new one after 12 days of me waiting and asking. It is supposed to arrive today by a different courier. I would honestly say that seeing some of the other reviews of people not receiving or having to wait a full month or more to get their order is logistic mismanagement. I would hope the company would reevaluate using a courier service that is not responsive to them or their customers. I upgraded my rating to 2 stars after my experience and them finally getting me a new pillow but honestly I shouldn't have had to ask for my money back or a new pillow.

My goodness!! I didn’t know how much I needed it! It’s the perfect level of comfort and takes up less space than my previous one! I would definitely recommend to any pregnant mommas who are looking for a good nights sleep!
