No question, this pillow is amazing! I got it early at 10 weeks and I am so glad I did. Many more uses than just sleeping, i use it all the time for reading in bed- propped against the pillows for extra support, the little bolster pillow my new best friend, I even shove it between my boobs when they feel so heavy at night. Put the two halves together for sexy time and you have a hip lift.... thank me later for that one.

Product is amazing. But customer service and after-sales communication are more amazing.

Amazing people.

I have gone back and forth with BabyBub for 2 weeks. I never got my pillow and the courier they use lost my package. I have asked that just another pillow be sent so I can be comfortable (which is why I ordered it) and whatever shows up I will just ship back. They do not prioritize or support the comfortability of the pregnant mother.

Updated: After going back and forth with 3 different people and asking multiple times for a new pillow to be sent, BabyBub did finally get someone to send out a new one after 12 days of me waiting and asking. It is supposed to arrive today by a different courier. I would honestly say that seeing some of the other reviews of people not receiving or having to wait a full month or more to get their order is logistic mismanagement. I would hope the company would reevaluate using a courier service that is not responsive to them or their customers. I upgraded my rating to 2 stars after my experience and them finally getting me a new pillow but honestly I shouldn't have had to ask for my money back or a new pillow.

My goodness!! I didn’t know how much I needed it! It’s the perfect level of comfort and takes up less space than my previous one! I would definitely recommend to any pregnant mommas who are looking for a good nights sleep!

What a great pillow helps with the bump and back ache and is so well made and comfortable . Fantastic customer service and was kept notified as to where it was. And a Brillaint price the material is very soft

Personally didnt like the feel if the fabric, its quite rough compared to other pregnancy pillows and the zips are completely exsposed, so i kept catching them and scratching myself on them.
The pillow shape itself is quite a good design but its akward if you rotate alot in the night. It'll only really work one way.
I ended up buying another u shaped pillow and this was much better and alot cheaper.

I ordered the babybub leggings and in the end the waist band was cutting into my
Stomach too
Tightly
And it was uncomfortable I wanted a full refund. I ended up dealing with Rachel Edwards who was a con artist kept offering 30% and 80% refunds instead of the full one even though in her emails she was like “you are in your 90day free trial
Period so You can have a full Refund” I kept Requesting for It And ended up
Ignored.
This is a scam artist of a company and wouldn’t recommend them

I just received my babybub pillow set. And up upon opening the AIR TIGHT packaging, I could smell the indistinguishable scent of mold.

There are black mold spots all over the pillow and upon touch, the pillow is completely damp.

This is UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING for an expecting mom to have to deal with. I would attach photos if this platform allowed them.

I’m really happy with my Baby Bub pregnancy pillow! It’s incredibly comfortable and makes sleeping so much easier during pregnancy. The pillow gives amazing support to my bump, back, and hips, which helps me feel much more relaxed throughout the night.

The material feels soft and cozy, and the shape is perfect for finding a comfortable sleeping position. Since I started using it, my sleep quality has improved a lot and I wake up feeling less sore and tired.

I would definitely recommend this pillow to any pregnant mama looking for extra comfort and support!

After buying a bundle and only part of it working for me I reached out to customer service. I received timely and kind responses, where they did their best to try and find solutions to the problem I was having and when that didn’t work they were very gracious with their return policy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Plus the part of the bundle that does work for me is absolutely great!

First pregnancy and I am really struggling with sleep. These pillow set were helpful and not too big!

The back pillow is WONDERFUL! It has helped me sleep tremendously :) Also customer support is SO kind and so helpful. I decided I didn’t want the full body attachment and they went above and beyond to help and support me with my return.

Everyone I spoke to at customer support was extremely helpful. The staff communicated frequently, giving updates on the status of the issue, which was resolved fairly quickly.

These are so comfortable!! I was skeptical at first but it works so well when your belly gets bigger to give you that extra support and I love that it’s not as bulky as the u shape pillow
