I got some little rabbit booties for my baby from here and they were only £10 such a good price compared to other companies, the delivery was cheap and they got delivered in a few days and they are perfect ☺️

I bought the Obaby Aura Deluxe Stroller (inc Grey Accessory Pack) on special offer. It was the cheapest around and was delivered to my door, and folds up easily on public transport.

I bought a stroller which arrived with no problems and I have been happy with it. Unfortunately it broke 7 months after purchase. This stroller comes with a 2 year warranty that can only be claimed through the seller. I have been trying to contact babythings4u for best part of a week and they do not pick up the phone, or have an answering machine or respond to my emails. This is my only stroller so I cannot wait for weeks for a responce. I will not be using these guys again.

I ordered a Maclaren buggy from the site. After looking on many other sites I found one in stock on babythings4u. I was unsure which colour to order. I ordered black after an hour or so I decided I wanted a different colour. The had said I would have next day delivery so I thought there would be no way I could change the order as it would have been dispatched. I called anyway and explained I wanted to change the colour of the buggy, it was not a problem as I had just caught them before the driver turned up. They were very helpful and my buggy still arrived the next day and was bang on time (we had text to notify us of time slot) I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I hunted down a Maclaren Cath Kidston pushchair which are few and far between to find at an exceptionally good price and found Babythings4U.

I have never shopped here before but what can I say, a faultless shopping experience from start to finish and I'm over the moon with my daughter's new wheels and especially the price, as 2 major competitors are selling the same pushchair for quite a bit more.

Fantastic company very fast and professional with great customer service! I bought the Joie brisk, which I love, on Tuesday and it was here the next day. It was really great to have a time slot in which to expect the delivery! I had contacted them to ask about the product before purchase and they were very helpful. A real pleasure to use this company and I will be using them again!

I ordered the MacLaren Volo which was so hard to get hold of. I tried to place the order online but was having trouble with my card so I called the number displayed on the website and spoke with a really helpful member of staff. I placed the order, paid over the phone and received the stroller the next day. Honestly couldn't fault the service. I'll definitely shop here again.

Have to admit I looked at the website and was a bit sceptical as to whether it was a real site or not but decided to take a chance as the mclaren buggy was such good value. Well not only was it a proper site but the service was outstanding. Ordered Sunday received notification I delivery on Monday for the Tuesday, changed this via text to Wednesday and sure enough Wednesday pm the goods arrived in the 1 hour delivery slot specified.

I purchased a maclaren universal footmuff from babythings4u in Scarlett that I had difficulty finding to match my pushchair and this site had it available at the best price. After completing my order I contacted them to add an additional item to qualify for the free delivery via email, and I got a quick and helpful response from their customer service team who both called and emailed me to assist. Whilst they didn't have the additional item in stock I needed, this service and the desire to assist was pleasently surprising and noted and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them and using them again myself.

Great customer experience, easy to order and the product arrived on the day it was supposed to. One suggested improvement would be to provide a time slot for delivery, but not a deal-breaker. Would definitely use them again.

We will not be using this website again, ordered the pram, it arrived all without problem. Decided we didn't want it so we organised to return it which cost us £15. It got collected on the 5th Feb 2013, we didn't hear from babythings4u so we rang on the 13th Feb, finally received an email on 14th and still awaiting refund over a week later! No mention of long wait for refund on website. 3 stars because of delivery but be careful if you decide to return, like to take your money but don't like giving it back!!!

Ordered a couple of items off the website, and got a phone call from sales to say that 1 of the items had been discontinued in the colour I'd ordered so he offered me the alternate colour- which I thought really good as they could have just sent this anyway!! Very pleased with products purchased and a great service, I received my items within 3 days of placing my order!!!

I would recommend this company based on my experience. I would also reccomend a Maclaren Xt. Very easy to use. Comfortable for baby/child to travel in, whilst comfortable for mum or dad to push.

Found my pramette on this website, easy to navigate and what a fast delivery! Really liked the fact that you get a txt and email telling you a 1 hour time slot for delivery. This is important when you have a busy life. Will definitely use them again.
